Love your videos! One thing that I’ve noticed, in our transition back into union, has been the shift in the dynamic when I started allowing myself to deeply feel. Feel my desire to be with him. Allow myself to miss him. Allow myself to feel into all of the deep spaces where my wounds lie and he is holding the mirror. I’m now grateful for the period of time where I was in highly addictive energy, I had to feel my way through those choppy waters. Looking back now, I’ve felt the most connected both within and without when embracing each leg of the journey for what it is, instead of trying to change and alter it. That has brought me deeper into my feminine, and closer to my DM than anything❤

I LOVE your videos Kathleen because I feel it's enhancing/coaching me spiritually and guiding me on my DF path. I watch to help me balance, not to hear about the other body. At all! I agree 100%, the most challenging part of this journey for me has been my family dynamic and motherhood. We’ve talked about that before. But it is absolutely true, when I shift my kids shift, even if there’s a tad delay. Sometimes it’s instantaneous, like yesterday. But the thing that helps the most is when I focus on my own purpose and let go of 3D reality of work, house, etc. still a process right now, but can feel the movement. Also, this does cause waves and resistance from others around me, that was part of what kept me looping before. But I have to be my authentic self, even if others do not approve of that❤

Wow! I just started seeing this with my own kids. Focused on me and my needs and my son did a laundry list of chores around the house without me even asking! Blew my mind! 😂

I hear so much about detoxing from the DM, however, I have learned SO much by reflecting on this connection. I often wonder if I wasn’t thinking about them or leaning into the thoughts and feelings that come up, how would I learn anything? I’m come to believe that “chasing” isn’t just mere thoughts of them, but chasing is more so being in the energy of physically chasing them, or obsessing over them in an unhealthy way. It seems counter productive to “run” from them by trying to block them out in all ways possible. Thinking that thoughts/feeling/memories of them are “chasing” energy puts me in a place of fear. Letting it flow and observing my thoughts brings me introspection. I trust the universe and know things are happening for me, and I just need to let it unfold.

I have felt this shift lately

I have been on my twin flame journey for 2.5 years now. I’ve been in the phase of union to separation. We’ve moved in with one another and it resulted in the DM running away again. I’ve been struggling being fully into my feminine because of my life experiences always keeping me in my masculine. I’m not sure if you do one-on-one sessions but if so, please let me know! I would love to learn more about my DF energy.

Hi Kathleen, I’m glad you raised the subject of excuses, because that was on my mind while I was listening. How do you reconcile being in your feminine receiving energy with balancing the need to act in your masculine at times? For example, if you can’t afford to pay your bills and nothing is coming your way.

Can you make a video about dealing with the feeling like you’ve lost all of your “spiritual intelligence”? Not sure if that’s a common feeling in the twin flame journey.
