When you said they feel suffocated that haunts me. Before I knew what this was about she and we were still sorry of talking sporadically she out of nowhere told me of a dream she had where I was standing o we her and she couldn’t breathe. This is what anchors in my belief she is actually my twin. I cut communication she didn’t but the way she was sort of distant and annoyed in her responses I decided to cut communication cause it hurt she was this way with me. Closing on a year into it and I understand it the emotions that come up are like tsunami waves in my life. I feel like loving her is letting her go and at the same time it shatters my heart. Thank you for your explanations I resonate with your way of explaining this and since no one else around me and There is literally no one it helps. Toes on the cliff at times ,but the understanding ground my feet 🙏🏾

This helped me to gain further insight on my journey with my twin flame. I believe I’ve already gone through the soul merging process and it was intense. I feel like I’m still recovering from the intensity lol, but seriously. However, about 2 weeks ago I no longer felt my twins energy & I asked God why has it gone away. And the message God gave me kind of broke my heart & resurface some wounds of rejection I had to continue to work on. Which I am still doing so now. I have shut off all my social media to pour the focus back within myself deeply to further do more work. And I see the beauty in it. It was hard at first, but I’m understanding the connection more. I believe I am actually really balancing out the energy within the connection. But I do have a question. So when or if the DM resurfaces and comes back into your life, are you not suppose to be happy about it, excited ? You mentioned we become obsessive and try to pull them in. But I think it’s unconscious a lot of the times because naturally your just happy to try he’s come back and hopefully you guys can move forward in the journey together. So, how should you handle the resurfacing of your twin? Nonchalantly? Almost as if you don’t care. That’s the part I’m confused about. Because if the DM is always going to retreat by you showing interest, then maybe you shouldn’t ? Id be so appreciative of you can help me to gain some clarity & understanding, possibly some advice on this. Thank you.

It felt like my twin is in my watching me and I had to talk to myself to repair my consciousness and get Into unity . It’s the left brain masculine .

I am feeling tingling in the crown chakra for months now, almost daily. The other day my heart felt heavy, like an anxious heavy feeling. It was very strong. Thank you for helping me feel like I am not going crazy.

Even tho i'm the DF.. sometimes i feel like i go through the DM roles. I shut down and just don't want to feel anything.. things get too intense. I also do the running sometimes.

I stopped thinking about my raggedy Twin flame. I’m started a business, he helped me pay attention to my abandonment wound, and now I’m dating and meeting quality high caliber men.

I'm not sure if I had a kundalini awakening. I feel that strong sexual energy only when I'm (was) with him, not when I'm by myself or around other men. In fact I barely feel sexual when he's (was) not around, just time to time. And not only a strong sexual energy, it's more like I crave to feel the connection, the oneness that I feel when we make love, even way way stronger than the sexual desire itself. And I've been having weird sensations in my body but I don't know what they are (palpitations like my heart skips a beat, ear ringing, sore throat that comes and goes just like that, chest stomach and bowels discomfort, strong beating in the 3rd. eye area, waking up with a sort of hung over headache, and some more I don't remember right now). Also sometimes I suddenly get strong feelings of sadness, anxiety or desperation absolutely out of the blue. I just don't know lol.

Thanks a lot for this amazing perspective. I've been on this journey for a long time, while a very long time alone. So when we met again, I became totally obsessed & still am, though less as I'm getting more & more it's about me, healing my past wounds & becoming more of me every day. It's still hard not to fall into my ego self yet. But I know I'll get there eventually, & of course, so will he. I feel so blessed to be on that incredible, painful but beautiful journey. Feel do blessed I've met him again, when I needed it the most. It's such a blessing.
