Yes, longing for him is saying he is separate to you when he is not. So that energy which go excites to see him is the energy you need to become super aware of and not let spike. It’s all the addictive energy at play.

These principles are helpful to understand energy and how it plays out, however it’s not going to support in terms of how to starve out all that crazy addictive energy which gets super sneaky.

I would say you are energetically shifting and you don’t need this information anymore. I got to a space where I could no longer listen to certain people where I once hung off every word. My suggestion is pull yourself away from all TF content because you don’t need it. Break the cycle and I bet you will feel so much better ❤️

@awakeningmeraki I come across TF material now and I just roll my eyes and switch it off. I'm so fed up of it all. It's absolutely nothing personal to you and you are one of my favourites and had so much resonance for me in the past. I'm just exhausted by it all now. Nothing changed. Nothing came of it. I guess the change comes from not needing anything to change. Not in the finding but in the end of seeking. Nothing is actually lost. The mind doesn't like that. x

I think what you write is because of the doubt that arises. If we are cast into our mind this is what we may think. To be honest I’ve watched some you tube videos of those who proclaim to know the truth about this journey and calling it limerance of child hood wounding. The TF journey goes way beyond the child hood wound, it’s the splitting wound of human consciousness. The TF reflects to us the United field of wholeness. This proces is actually a deep healing journey because of the unconditional love potential. It’s about acknowledging that we are whole on a soul level.It has nothing to do with the other body, it’s the united field you share.

Carolina my twin returned after 23 years of no contact and sent me into a kundalini awakening and till that awakening I had no idea about twin flames, there’s NO WAY that this is limerence.

Makes me very sad you feel you need to comment that. This journey is not for the weak, believe us we think the same thing in the beginning and it breaks my heart that people who are in the beginning of their journey and experiencing that are reading your comment and believing it.
