You should check bollywood singers without autotune so you get many singers which you can react specifically and by this you know better about Indian singers style and much more
It's called a QAWALI. It's a type of poetry put together in a song specially written to describe someone specific, in this case Holy Prophet (P. B. U. H)
Sir could you please react to the song "Afreen Afreen" from coke studio season 9. It has subtitles also in urdu and in English. Sir you will love everything about it The Singers, The lyrics, The instruments used and the whole video. i am really looking forward to see your reaction. the male singer is one the best singer of the world his name is RAHAT FATEH ALI KHAN. plzz do react 😍
@@tanmayt122 Oh that actually makes sense! Because we recognised some of the words from Maltese which is a Siculo-Arabic Language. Thanks for letting us know :)
@@samali6363 the purest and realist language is Urdu from the beginning! Hindi is completely different and Very hard to speak also very gross to listen hence Indians occupied our language and made a mix of Hindi and Urdu which is just a scam!
They have captions on most coke studio videos, this one did as well! I recommend turning them on, the lyrics/translation will really help to understand the mood/meaning of the song. Great reaction. Thank you :)
This was originally a qawwali sung by the Sabri brothers who are deceased now. You must listen to that too. It's awesome what Atif has done, too. And though it's mostly in Urdu it has a stanza each in Hindi, Persian and Arabic too. It's about our unending love for and a deep yearning to go to Medina the place where our Holy Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, came from. 💚
Ah c'mon please watch these videos with subtitles. The meaning is so so so beautiful that you are missing half of the beauty of the songs. Even the other ones, it's such a pity.❤
It's an Urdu qawwali with a sprinkling of Persian and Arabic in honor of prophet Muhammad SAW. It's not Hindi, no disrespect to Hindi speakers. Noticing barely on the voice modulation is kind of doing a disservice to this beautiful kalaam. Just my opinion.
@@tanmayt122 No dear. Urdu has been around since the 1800s. Hindi as a language doesn't have literature older than 1920s so please correct yourself. Urdu is a combination of mostly Persian and then Arabic. I speak both Persian and Urdu and pure Urdu is very much inspired by Persian and Arabic too to an extent. Hindi later on took inspiration from Urdu and became a language. It doesn't degrade you to accept that. A language being older or younger doesn't make it superior but the reason I mentioned it is because you're factually inaccurate. Urdu literature predates that of Hindi and that too over centuries. Also Afghani is not a language. Please learn a bit about the subject before you speak on it. Afghans speak many languages. They speak Pashto and Dari, a dialect of Persian in both Afghanistan and Pakistan. Some of my relatives too speak Persian as their native language. You are uninformed on the origins of both Urdu and Hindi and want to satisfy your jingoistic impulses by distorting facts. You should absolutely love the language you speak which I believe is Hindi but being factually consistent is important. Urdu was inspired beautifully by Persian and some Arabic. Hindi was later inspired by Urdu. It shouldn't offend you so much so that you change the history of languages.
In the Delhi region of India the native language was Khariboli, whose earliest form is known as Old Hindi. It belongs to the Western Hindi group of the Central Indo-Aryan languages. The Turko-Afghan Delhi Sultanate established Persian as its official language in India, a policy continued by the Mughal Empire, which extended over most of northern South Asia from the 16th to 18th centuries and cemented Persian influence on Hindustani, now known as Urdu. I wasn't trying to offend anyone, you took offense.
@@tanmayt122 Khariboli was not old Hindi. It was Hindustani which somewhat influenced Urdu grammar besides Persian. Hindi too was influenced by Hindustani but it followed the already established structure of Urdu language. Urdu doesn't become as old as Persian because it's influenced by it. English doesn't become Latin because of the vast influence it has on the language. Also Hindi is a lot more sanskritized. Urdu is Persianized. Just sharing grammatical structures of Hindustani doesn't make it the same language though they're definitely sister languages. In Hindi you say poorab, in Urdu, it's Mashriq. It's stree or mahila in Hindi, but aurat or khaatoon in Urdu. It's sundar in Hindi but khoobsurat or haseen in Urdu. It's dehaant in Hindi and inteqaal in Urdu. The vocabulary is almost entirely different because the vocabulary is influenced by different languages although the grammatical structure is influenced by Hindustani although in my personal opinion, also from Punjabi to some extent. I am not getting offended. I am simply correcting the false claims you're making.
You guys have a unique way to analyze the Indian and Pakistani music. They have a common musical history. The song I am to request now , will blow you away . This song is from the Coke Studio Pakistan. It is called KAATAY NA KATEY, sung by three female singers. It is a remix of the old song from the seventies. It is somewhat similar to your style of singing. This is a live studio music recorded and replayed for the RU-vid.
I wish i have a vocal coach just like you, whenever i watch you reaction. I always learn a new thing, and can i have your song name you've sing in the begenning, also react on "Wohi Khuda hai" and "Asma Ul Husna The 99 Names " by Atif aslam.
Guys if you want to hear Sufi songs with a high pitch I would recommend you Kailash kher - Saiyaan or Teri deewani. A very appreciated vocalist. Please don't react to live, react to his original album or audio. You should definitely checkout out Kailash kher.....
In real life too, everyone who has seen it, they say there is incredible coolness and satisfying feeling in madina, as the poet is saying here Let's go madina this same month
Please listen to Coke Studios Ali Zafar - Rockstar. He is very good, don’t think he was trained in singing, he’s just one of those people who is good at everything lol & defo turn on subtitles for it! Its a funny song. Would love to hear your take on his voice.
This is not hindi but Urdu with a generous spattering of Arabic in between. This genre of poetry is called Na'at, which is written in respect, and praise of our Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him. The honor and respect of our Prophet is more to us than our own. Mostly the West has a hard time understanding this sentiment and attachment. For us this is woven in the fabric of our daily lives. The poetry written to Praise God is called Hamd.
My dear fellows. Madina is the city of Saudi Arabia where our holy prophet Muhammad is buried. This is a praise to prophet Muhammad and singer is asking Muslims to let us go to madina. The languages used were urdu. Persian and Arabic. But definitely not hindi. And you fellows please give your comments after it is finished. Because you were not commenting. You were just showing your teaching abilities.
This is also a quwwali in short form the meaning of the tajdar is prince of mecca nd medina holy cities The song is in praise of our prophet Mohammed swt hope i am being clear
Its not only one language its arabic little bit little bit persion and 80% urdu language. The next thing i have to say you even just dont know who is atif aslam. You will be surprise if you listen his albums cos i notice some people just seen these kinds of famous videos for views but i felt you guys trying to understand trying to learn it. Its just amazing part of your video specially the dude with long hairs. I suggest you to listen atif /rahat/ and the one and only the legend nusrat fath e ali khan. I primise you that you will get lot of stuff to learn. Learning something good from every place every time is like a lottery stay blessed 🙌
Hey..it's called QAWALI...a religious thing...in this QAWALI the singer was praising our holy prophet PBUH. And this one is Atif Aslam's best singing. And I enjoyed your reaction...the details u picked and the way you both were drowning deep in this.
