The mother sitting on her own really did all the background work for her daughter in order for all of this to happen in the first place so kudos to her.
@White Brad Bad On one hand that's an amazing comment, on the other hand I'm not gonna like it because I don't want people who don't understand that it's a joke to think I support the expressed view. But well done man :)
@White Brad Bad Man if you don't preach at me and if you have a realistic view of the world, you can believe what you will. Like if those parents had thanked God for letting a trail to connect the two girls still exist, and then thanked the other mom for following that trail, that makes way more sense to someone who doesn't share their faith. That way they'd be attributing the coincidences and circumstances to God, but the actions to the person who actually took it. Instead they thank God for all of it, giving none of the credit where it's due, and thus demonstrating an unrealistic world view. It's as obvious to us that the other mom is the reason the girls can know each other now, as it is that the Earth is not flat. But for people this deep in faith, the opposite can be true.
You know what's wild? Both families already had 3 natural-born children before deciding to adopt. That sounds unusual. Yet, it means that each twin had a similar family upbringing. I just love these reunion stories, they're so heartwarming!
well its kinda mean for putting false feeling to people who cared. also they're so identical how tf did they adopt only one and assumed she was an only child lmao.
@@gzo4852 They probably were separated in a Foster family or something. They don't always stay with one family they could have been moved around loads.
Gzo what’s mean is the fact you’re being a dick on a beautiful video’s comment section🤦🏽♀️ These girls found their other half, after 10 years of being separated. If that’s not beautiful then nothing is.
xart23x actually I have twin brothers and they were so into each other that they excluded the world. As adults they struggled socially and said the year they had apart was almost the making of them. They would have preferred to live apart to find themselves as individuals
xart23x it's very hard to live away from your twin. I have to experience it every day. it's been a year and i'm still not used to not seeing her face when i wake up in the morning. But just knowing that i can facetime her and see her whenever i want just lightens the load a little.
Finding out that your adopted daughter has a twin sister, and doing everything possible to get the girls together, is beautiful. I love how they have found a piece of their past in each other...and the love they share.
Robin, I just love your warm personality. I love how you comforted the girls by hugging them or holding them or, even just touching their arms letting them know they could relax. And, Michael, for you this hit very close to home. I could feel your emotion as you hugged the girls. This story is amazing. I love these girls and I love their families. Thank you, GMA for such wonderful reporting.
total parent trap vibes going on. I love everything about this story. I hope that when they're old enough they will maybe go to college together and be roommates or something!
Truly these parents are amazing: I’m sure they never planned on rearranging their lives someday to fly their child around the country to visit their biological siblings but they see the value and the necessity of it and it is truly amazing they have done so much to help these girls connect
People like Gracie and Audrey's parents and their siblings are simply amazing!!! I feel for the poor natural mother who had no choice but to part with these two gorgeous and inspiring Twinnies. There's some horrible things going on in the USA now, but people like these families give hope and light. 🙏
I love the fact the girls were adopted into such loving homes. May they have many years of joy together with their great parents and siblings! Two families joined as friends thanks to the girls they adopted... ❤
My mother and ber sister were almost separated when they were adopted but my grandparents found out that there was two that needed a home so they decided to adopt them both and they were seven and nine years old
Seth M + they found out the mother was very poor and both girls had a serious heart condition. She gave them to adoption in the hope that each could be treated and raised by some caring people. When each family adopted them, they had surgeries and needed extreme care. It was the best that each family adopted one child!

I’m an identical twin as well and though I’m so happy to see these girls were reunited, it’s so sad to me that they were ever separated. I’m sure finding a family willing to take two babies must be difficult but at a year old they must have bonded and I can’t imagine how hard it must have been for them to have to assimilate not only to a new country and family, but also life without the one person they’ve known since birth.
The fact that they adopted is also an indication haha. The process to adopt is quite long and expensive. Additionally, families have to go through background checks and make sure they meet requirements to properly care for the adopted child. I think if it was cheaper/easy more people would do it! At the same time, this is a good way to make sure children are going into a good family and not into an equally poor or worse situation from which they came.
As happy as this scenario is at the moment, I can’t help but feel heartbroken for these girls not being able to live together and grow up in the same house. Especially when they are teens!
Oh, the look on the faces of those two ladies in the audience who are identical twins too. I was sobbing along with them when those little girls met each other ❤️
I am a triplet and can guarantee that that bond that was missing until they reunited is real. Its not just emotions from the attention or reunion. Its an indescribable connection with someone who you spent time in the womb with
tayzer1995 well yes, but they were together before they were adopted, the picture of them in the foster home they look around 1, it must have been hard when they were first adopted and they didn't know how to express it. some people are known to subconsciously feel like something is missing and try to fill that void, or act out.
Yes because they have the memories of being together as young children and as they grew up they didn't know who exactly they were but they found out that was their twin and it must be hard to be separated still but it's good for them to get together as much as possible.
They’re the sweetest, most wonderful, darling, girls I’ve ever seen. God bless them always. Maybe together they can locate their biological parents 1 day & discover they have even more siblings!
For me I am twin and know how special the bond we have is true love and an unbelievable bond that can never be broken.. The unspeakable bond is so evident for every twin... Thank you
I love this story and have watched it so many times (and still have tears in my eyes!). Both girls are very blessed to have such wonderful, supportive and loving families. I hope they get to spend as much time together as they want. God bless them all!
I love these girls! They are the most adorable. I hope the families really do get along the way it seems on camera. This is truly an amazing story and so wonderful that they met each other before the teenage years.
I think the parents look mature and probably don't focus on petty differences. They both had 3 kids before adopting a 4th children. They both supported those kids through heart surgery. There are a lot of similarities and again, I doubt they focus on petty differences and most likely do their best to be supportive parents. I think it is misguided to judge people on how they act on LIVE television. We don't know their perspective of being on TV and talking about this HUGE news.
Gotta wonder how the mother who discovered all this and worked hard to track down her daughter's twin based off a single photo felt at having the reunion attributed to God.
AC4X Did the other family ever thank her for bringing the girls together? I would he pretty peeved if I were her. That was pretty brilliant detective detective work.
Avail Mcdowell idk about you, but I’ve read the Old Testament 22 times, and it explicitly says that God does not interfere; humans have free will. God did not decree that I would be born; it was my parents’ decision to get married.
We see but a smidgen, so let’s have the grace to not make this about our belief system, but how about we honour how those two parents feel. They are giving God the glory, let’s respect that. They obviously love their family and our world needs more of that. This is a story that smacks of the miraculous and great detective work. Xxx
These are such beautiful, intelligent and mature girls. They really got lucky to both have such wonderful adoptive families, who are willing to get along and facilitate this special relationship and bond. I have identical twin girls and they're only 5, but I really hope they grow to appreciate their bond as much as these girls do. This really gave me a glow in my heart ❤
watching this again years later, as an identical twin...i cannot imagine meeting at that age and then having to live apart. Psychologically that has to be tough on the families but especially the kids! I wouldn't be able to just see my twin 4x a year and on calls. I wonder where they are now!
Omg I really love this story. This is so unique. But I hope there are no clash between the two families. But it’s amazing that they get to meet several times a year so I think there would be no major bickering.
I really want to watch them grow... They're so adorable, when they said their best thing to do when together is being with each other warmed my heart💜❤💓💖
Having a twin doesn’t mean having “two of you” 🙄 I’m a twin nanny and let me tell you that all kids have distinct personalities- twins are two INDIVIDUALS who just happen to look alike.
Abbie I don’t think she meant literally. Why are you annoyed? I always thought having two of me, even though we have different personalities, would be cool.
Lexi Hughes I’m not “annoyed”, I just know how frustrating it is to be a twin and constantly get treated as if you’re only one half of a single being! All of the twins I’ve ever looked after have been subject to this and hated it! My comment was directed at you also- you said it again in your response- “I thought it would be cool to have two of me...”. Having a twin would not mean there was two of YOU, it would simply mean that there was someone else in your house that looked a lot like you.
If you've had this desire for your whole life, it's possible that you did have a twin inutero. My twins looked like one embryo. This happens more than we know. Sometimes only one makes it to become a successful baby.
I just love this story. It’s so sweet how they finally found that missing piece and now get to have each other. Kudos to these families for allowing them both to build a relationship the best they can, even though they live states apart.
Why they never ask the brothers. I’m here forever curious about they point of view. I mean last time they said the guys were overprotective are they overprotective now of both. Ahhhh jajajaja so sweet tho🥰🥰🥰😂
I was so excited to see the girls reunited, because twins always have that strong birth bond, I realize twins always seem to find each other in life. Thanks Goodness ... Smiling
What is the problem with her expressing her faith? God guided her steps so that she meets her daughter's twin sister. That's what she believes in, and so do I. What is the difficulty of respecting the belief of others?
@@julianabarros3253 I am respecting it, but it's just annoying for me, an atheist, to believe this good night story just for the sake of what? I mean they met because Audrey's mother searched that day and saw the other twin sister.. but from this to believing that God "whispered" in her ear that day to search whatever.. this I cannot believe...
The twins are beautiful what a heart warming story the way things are in this country its nice to have read there stories I wish them nothen but happiness throughout there life
Probably because the other two parents are Bible thumpers and credit God for all of Jennifer's hard work. I also am fully speculating here, but I bet that Jennifer's family does most of the traveling, considering that the husband is a surgeon and they probably have money, so the constant praising of God for everything probably rubs her the wrong way.
The stories of the twins and both of families are beautiful! So heartwarming. I like the idea that both families have time to get together for the twins have time to bond together. ❤❤❤
I love these kids, the first moment of the meeting was too emotional for me, oh this is amazing, both families must have inspired a lot of people It's a good thing to make the less privileged enjoy the comfort of a real home. May God bless both families, and may they live long in sound health to reap the fruits of their labour. Aamin.
Hands down to the parents from Washington state and Wisconsin to put in the time and effort on those two! What a great story and moment that you parents have done!
