Not entirely on point with this topic, but I was just thinking about the viability to use Twin Motion as an open world simulator. No one has really come up with a 'game' where you can go in place trees, terraform, place buildings, homes, cars, etc, and then walk around in your creation! I guess the answer is under our noses! Twin can do all that! Essentially, I just need to create 'asset' packs with various home models, city buildings, country settings etc. You video sort of reminded me of the flexibility built right into Twin! The sight sculpt feature along would make the exploration of this idea worth it!

Hi Jonathon - Thanks for all the videos - they really help. I'm trying to paint water as you explain at 1:50 in the video but it's going by too quickly. Is this only available when sculpting landscap and how do you add the water material to the palette at the bottom of the screen? Thanks again.

Sadly, There's a limited of 4 materials you can paint with.

Hey Jonathon. Thank you for the amazing video it's so helpful! I have a circular pavilion with a circular in ground pool. I'm using the flat landscape as it's set in Outback Australia (very flat country). I'm trying to "excavate" my pool and am currently struggling with the digging/raising tools. I'm digging through the pool but when I then go to model the landscape on the pavilion edges it fills up the pool with rocks/grass again! I've got a very thin edge on the exterior of the pool and I'm trying to get that edge almost flush with flat earth/grass. Is there a way to create a barrier or wall or something alike that could help, within the actual landscape so that my pool doesn't have grass in it? Is this just going to be a very long process? I'm okay with that but just wondering if there is a simpler way for this particular type of thing? Thank you :)
