Guin's "what fresh hell is THIS" face killed me.😂 And Ana really enjoyed her no's to the point that it became musical😅 I laughed all the way through this.❤
I agree I watched it again and Yes Gwen expression was exactly that what the he'll is this stuff, and the look she gave you Alicia was priceless,I too laughed through the whole video
I think that they both tried to like it , but couldnt get there. 😅😅😅 so many words and putting them together now. They never fail to make me laugh . Some days they put a smile on my face that lasts the entire day. 😀😊🙂🙃
Allowing kids to slowly get used to new textures and tastes instead of shoving spoonfuls of food into their mouths is amazing to watch! Exploration, communication, it’s all right here in a simple meal. Well done!
Anna is doing so well with her spoon and even though she tried the soup that no no no no was so cute, it was definitely not her favorite. Maybe with something in the soup like the noodles they might like. Gwen just didn't seem too into it at all. But it is good to see them trying all these new foods.
Good morning sweetie pies 😊 Guinevere not really having it and Anastasia kind of trying soup but both saying no in the end. Love Guinevere’s faces.. 😅 have a wonderful day ❤
Anastasia was really on a roll, and she ate almost half her soup with great scooping skills before she started saying no, no, no. Funny! It's almost as if her little brain started to register the texture, and then she was done with her soup. I loved her reaction to hearing a plane fly overhead outside. Guinevere seemed to be a "no" right from the start, and she had more fun dipping her toast into her soup. She seemed to be feeling a bit better today. Her little yawn was so precious! 💜💗🥣
❤❤❤ the facial expressions & how Ana licks her lips! I think they liked the taste combined with the toast but not on its own. Adorable byes & kisses 👋😘!!
They are so precious, no no no no,was so sweet, anas doing really good dip dip dip,lol....Guin bless her little heart shes not sure if she likes it or not. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful little angels with us everyday. ❤❤❤❤
It seems like the girls have switched personalities to me. When a I first started watching Ana seemed to have the quieter personality. Gwen seems to be much more mellow to me now. They are both adorable. I love watching them go through changes physically and in their personalties. They give me joy each day. Thank you
I felt like Ana was asking for ketchup at one point. She sure started off strong with the spoon and trying the soup. Guin was so cute playing in her soup. I love butternut squash soup- easy to make at home too! Thank you so much for sharing these precious girls with us everyday.
They were so cute today. Anastasia dipped the spoon in the soup, took a mouthful & made a face. Gwen was being so careful dipping the bread into the soup, never saying a word. Anastasia saying no no & rubbing her hands together. Not sure that she liked it, but at least she tried. Love the I just dip. So much fun to watch today. ❤
Butternut squash soup is so delicious. I hope you get to taste it....very mild flavour, not an overpowering taste, but very, very nice! I think the girls may like it more, if they try it again. The little toast "fingers" were a good idea!
Well, Anna gave us another skin beauty tip, i think she might be onto something...lol They are adorable!! They tried their best to love the soup, just didnt make it. I love how they are putting their words together...2 smart little ladies!! Thank you for sharing ❤️🥰❤️😊
The twins are so smart and polite, even though they don't like it that much, they said hmm to appreciate what Momma made for them, love and kisses 😘😘😘😘❤❤ Bye🖐👋 see you tomorrow.
Hello dear Barton family! Wow...mhhh what a great butternut squash soup 🍲...at the beginning Anastasia ate great with a spoon .. very good 👏 ... Guinevere preferred to dip her fingers in 😁 ...both girls are so adorable, cute and funny 💖💖😍😍...thank you dear Alicia for this fantastic video 🤗...bye ... hopefully see you tomorrow 🤗🤗💖💖🤩🤩🥰🥰
Guin is having a great time playing in it,!!😂Ana was trying it more. When Ana first tried it she made an awful face but kept eating it and staying "Yum." You are right it was just a new texture. I bet if you try it again in several months they will like it. Not sure what Ana was saying no about since she did seem to like the soup. Ana was so verbal..she said sspoon numerous times. As always so precious to hear them ask Mama for help. Thanks for sharing the joy❤❤❤❤
That looks delicious. I wish my parents had done what you are doing by having them try different things. I didn't try butternut squash soup until I was in my 30's. Good job momma. They are so cute and sweet. So adorable.
You could tell this was a new texture for them! I have to say...they did not back off from it! I love Butternut squash soup but I remember years ago when I first tried it the texture was different. Those bowls are the perfect size. Thank you for my daily dose of sweetness!! Hugs and kisses!
They were hysterical today! I laughed through most of the video. Their facial expressions were too cute and so funny. Total entertainment! Thank you Ana and Guen!
This is one of my favorite videos. Just hysterical! The facial expressions, the no, no, no's and their reactions to EVERYTHING is delightful. Just love Ana and Quen and mamma does a great job...such patience and love abounding.
Aahhh the Anastasia beauty routine. Haven’t seen it in awhile. Loved the no,no, no,no. Ana’s face was hilarious when she first tried the soup. Guinevere was just silently dipping her fingers, maybe trying to convince herself it was good! I personally love butternut squash soup and almost any other soup for that matter. Thanks again for the smiles ladies!
@lindamiville I can relate to Anastasia's first reaction to the taste of butternutsquash soup. I probably quivered, too. I remember dry heaving tho when my mom would have it as a vegetable at dinner time. I'm by no means a fussy eater. I love all vegetables except butternut squash. The texture and smell literally makes me gag. If my siblings could see Anastasias first reaction, they'd have a good laugh because that was me, many moons ago.
@carolinemackenzie1082 I had to Google the word "blether", because I never heard it before. You learn something new every day! By any chance are your Scottish?
@@carolinemackenzie1082I would love to visit. The Highlands of Scotland look so gorgeous on film and tv, but I'm sure it is simply breathtaking in person! ❤
I love how they make funny faces like they don't like it but then keep going back to eating it lol. But my favorite things are Ana's beauty treatments 🤣🤣
It's so amazing how they just jump into eating even when it's a new food.... My kids would sit and stare a while...lol. They are both so beautiful and precious..
Thank you for this wonderful clip....such a welcomed distraction from what's going on out there. Seeing these sweet faces certainly puts a smile switch "on" for a lot of us. Special thanks to Mom for sharing the continued adventure...good job Mom!
This is one of my favorite videos. Anastasia was just too funny. Guen was so exuberant with her hi and goodbye that I couldn't stop smiling. I suppose that you don't want them to make a habit of saying "no" but I just love it when they do. It just tickles me inside and out. Thanks to the girls and mamma for the laughter. I look forward to it every day.
She is such a character! 😂 She confirmed that the soup is definitely not her favourite! The toast "fingers" were a good idea but the soup may need to make another appearance in a few weeks or months. Butternut squash is a delicious soup.....my favourite! Yes, we cracked up today. Thank you, girls! ❤❤
So funny. Talk talk talk I wonder what they were saying. Trying so hard to communicate Guinevere just dipped and looked at it. She couldn’t make up her mind if she liked it or not when Guinevere said good and Anastasia said no I thought I was gonna fall sit of Mr seat laughing. I love 💕 their faces. They certainly tried to like it. Not everyone likes the same things. At least they tried. Sooo cute
They both tried, but not fully invested in it! lol I was sure Anastasia was going to go at it, at first, but then she wasn't really sure about it. Guinevere was all about the bread dipping. So cute to watch. Loved their kisses at the end. Until next time...
I love Panera Bread's butternut squash soup. Haven't found a canned version that I like. I am rolling over Anastasia's no no no no and soup facial. Guinevere with her hands in the bowl reminded me of the old Palmolive dish soap commercial with Madge🤣🤣🤣
It was interesting that Anastasia started out using her spoon and eating the soup then digressed to using her fingers. They are changing everyday and developing their skills with utensils!
Hi Gorgeous Family! A saying No no no no was great! And of course G...Well being her sassy self. I kinda thought she would eat all the soup with her finger. Lol. Love these beauties!!❤❤❤❤
Not there favorite!!! lol anna rubbing her hands on her face and gwen playing with her fingers in soup😂 Too funny at least they did try it. Love the girls!!!
I really love the way they willingly taste the new foods. They feel free to tell you they "don't like it" and know you'll make them something else. It is so funny Anastasia really made her feelings very clear, and wanted to make Guinevere knew it didn't taste good! Love you all!
The face Ana made with the first spoon was so funny😄They liked the toast but with the soup they prefered to dip their hands!😄 Ana loves to talk whereas Guen is usually a little more quiet. These videos get more and more interesting the bigger they are getting and they are growing so fast! ♥️♥️
Hi everyone!Laura here, they are so funny I look forward to them everyday! I love Anna asking for mom a then says thank you! It's just so sweet! They are both so precious and smart I wonder what they will become as adults .they are off to a fabulous start you are awesome! Have a great day!
Great choice of soup for little ones! Creamy texture with some sweetness to it. I think they will love it! Ah Mama is the only one who can really do stuff!
Guinevere just flat out said " I don't like it" I love how they gave it a second try to before giving up. I love how you always have a back plan just in case meal one is a no go😀
I was so sure ana was going to go from doing her cheeks to her hair😂 i see the difference in their personalitys more and more each video. Thank you for sharing them with us i love them❤ My baby is 40 lol
Alicia - When my mother introduced soup to us, and to her grandchildren (my kids and my siblings kids) if she was babysitting and made soup, she would pull apart bite sized pieces of bread and add to the soup, which made it easier for us as toddlers and our kids to spoon out of the bowls without spilling most of it all over the place. It thickens the consistency.. Worked great with thinner soups like chicken or vegetable beef barley soups. It may help the girls while they're learning to use spoons too. Hope this info is helpful. 😊
Very well said and great tip. I was thinking the same but didn't know how to word it. There are so many kinds of soups and with winter approaching warms the body on cold days. Might try un salted crackers in the soups as well
@deefarino22 Great idea, but the bread pieces hold up better than saltines in thinner soups. My mom sometimes toasted the bread too, but it seemed fine in the soup without toasting. We found that saltines seem to be better in thicker soups like chowders, bisques, etc. We've tried them all. My mom raised 6 kids and had 12 grandchildren. We had 3 babies born in 1 year. Two others born on the same day but 3 years apart.
I so enjoy your interaction with the girls - lovely to see a Mom enjoy her babies so much. Did not mean to be critical of you at all. Just if I am trying broccoli and somebody offers me ice cream ... forget the broccoli! Keep on enjoying those fun and smart little girls! Wonderful interaction between you.😅
All you can do is try again in a couple of months. I loved watching them try it though! When my 1st daughter turned a year old I started to put some noodles in soups like that for her. Squash was her favorite!
