Gwen was eggs only today. Ana was tomatoes and steak. I thought I would die laughing when little Ana was poking her fork into her steak. She had the death grip on her fork. So smart, Ana saying mama has bracelet on, when mama said no, Ana pointed to Alicia's ring. She didn't know, or couldn't come up with the word ring. But she recognized it as a "small bracelet" 😂😂

The steak & eggs look delicious! But, at first Guinevere must be thinking "can't we have the Lucky Charms cereal today"?? lol! But then Guinevere seems to get into the cheesy eggs, yummm! Anna loved the tomatoes but a little unsure of the rest. So wonderful that the girls are able to figure out what they want to eat from their plate and how to deconstruct and eat what they want. They sure get a great variety of healthy foods! 🥰

Anastasia devoured the tomatoes. Guinevere is using her engineering skills. She’s learning a fork can have more than one use. Love Anastasia’s Powerful fork stab. Mealtime is so much fun with these two. Not only do we get to learn of interesting foods but they blow kisses at us.

adorable babies. love their appetites. When I was young, my mom used to say: "if you don't eat what's on your plate, no dessert" my response was "I don't want dessert" LOL
My response to my parents saying “Thereare people starving in other parts of the world that would eat (whatever I wouldn’t eat)”. My response (I think they were flabbergasted too that I said this), was “Then get a box and send it to them because I’m NOT going to eat it “. I think I was only 5 or 6 at the time. So, it was 49 or 50 years ago. I NEVER made our children eat anything they didn’t want to eat. ALL 3 of our children grew up and their palate grew with them. They will eat almost anything now that they are adults living on their own. I even offered them Pepsi, but they wanted water or milk 95% of the time. (BTW……I’m a Real Sugar Pepsiholic”).
I love Gwen’s little ponytails. I so look forward to watching these amazing little girls and seeing what their super parents are doing with them. Such great parenting.

Oh gosh! The bracelets on their elbows, I noticed them yesterday too. It’s interesting to watch how they choose which foods they want on any given day. Did I see Ana crossing her fingers? Guin seemed a bit tired today. They sure do observe everything Mama and Dada do. ❤❤

Those two girls are so smart. It's amazing to me. They are willing to eat most anything. Wish I'd live long enough to see them grown, but I'm 81 so I doubt it, but you never know! They are precious!!
I agree with you 💯, Doris!!! These two adorable children amaze us all. It’s so much fun to watch them grow and change. I have been watching Ana and Guin since August, and haven’t missed a day since. I remember that BIG turkey leg they were eating! 😂I was not only amazed, but totally impressed that these wee little ones could handle that challenge. I think they do so well because they are allowed to explore freely as they learn to master new skills. We are privileged to witness their growth, and what a treat it has been, and continues to be. Alicia and Walt are so generous to share a slice of their family life with us each and every day, especially as it seems to brighten the day of their many faithful followers. I also find that these videos remind me of days gone by, and many happy memories of my own home cooked family dinners, holidays, activities(Trick or Treating, visits to the zoo, apple/pumpkin picking, hairdos, etc.) It’s nice to reflect on those happy times growing up, and then as a mother. God bless you, Doris, and wishing you happy memories, and continued joy as you watch these delightful girls!❤

Guin so pretty with her pony tails. Guess Ana did not want her hair up today. Love that you take the time to cook them real food and do not load them up with junk. Anxiously awaiting spring, as I am sure the girls will love playing outside. With Guin's throwing arm you might want to introduce them to softball. (whiffle ball).

It is hard to imagine these 2 babies are going to be 2 years old in a few short weeks. I have been watching, although not commenting, since they were first trying purees while you were still breast feeding. Due to my illnesses, I missed out on my granddaughters early years. I almost feel like I got those lost moments back from watching the girls grow. You should be incredibly proud of the girls, Walt and you for their amazing development. Your family is so special and blessed. I can't wait for the birthday.❤🎉❤

Good to see Ana so cheerful, giggling and play acting, and chomping down her food. She’s been a little down recently (more teeth coming through?) It was Guinevere’s day to be off her food, though she finally did eat all her eggs. She usually loves her meat! I love the way you feed them every thing (never saw one year olds eating lobster before! ) but then don’t fuss if they don’t eat it.
