These aren't twisted corners. Only 1 corner can be twisted. You can never have two twisted corners. There are 7 orientations for any pair of 4 corners on a cube. This is one of those orientations. A twisted corner is a corner that cannot be solved. And at most you can only ever have 1. Cause if you have 2, then 1 is correct. If you have 3, 2 are correct.
