Nah this goes back to rhe beef between bone thugs and Twista that fast rapping style ...that's why he said it's "debatable " he's being respectful imo.
Truth is everyone could've came up with at yhe same time but pride and ego hurts ppl they wanna be first always. No social media back then say how can you say you first.
@@Sincerewittit nah Bone had a similar style, they just moved more towards the rhythmic pattern once they got signed. Flesh is the only one who kept their original flow.
Twista is synonymous with both speed and flow. Some guys are fast. Some dudes have lyrical and musical flow. Twista has always made both things look effortless, and he’s always been chill about it…
Busta Rhymes was first fast tongue I heard and as years went on others came out. Twista was that next fast one...they can go on and on with it, naturally. Thats Impressive.
Yeah he can play you tho you pay attention Busta a say the same words sometimes and it be filler just rhyming almost Twista take it to another level like it's fast as hell but you feel like you understand it just how he saying it
Treacherous 3 in Fast Rap that came out in 81-82 (it's on you tube if you want to hear it). This was the most bit style in the early 80's. But in that era I first heard jay z and jaz o do it and Das Efx to a certain extent but chip fu took that to another level in which twista exceeded and held on to it for a long period of time.
Nore forgets he was a legend. I don't understand it. I never really liked him at first but did had some very good tracks. Body in the trunk is a personal favourite and he had a feature from Nas and didn't get outshone. Nore has my respect.
9th grade. We bumped do or die, and adrenaline rush all year long. Two fantastic albums. Twista made it competitive. He made you want to show the chops.
Twista was the first to do it like he did it....... There was a lot before him but nobody did it as nice as he did it I'm 51 been around hip hop a long time Twista killed it
Humble af. Twista actually had to slow down to produce albums for the masses. He is the fastest rapper ever and he is actually saying words not just sounds
He is best known for his chopper style of rapping and for once holding the title of fastest English-speaking rapper in the world according to Guinness World Records in 1992, being able to pronounce 598 syllables in 55 seconds.
It's all about amount of syllables.... Eminems writing that's the difference... Plus the records are for "most syllables in a 6 min track released in the charts
Twista is a legend and great fast rapper me and my hubby just talking about twista rap skills and he had alot of great hits and we just listen to Adrenaline Rush album is still fire 🔥👏🎶🎵
It don't matter Twista has mastered his gift... Being not only the best at rapping fast also lyrics very clear precise and the man's a genious hitting every not whether fast or slow...
Twista was the “Fastest” in the Midwest for sure! He’s from Chicago, and in 1990 he performed for our production co. debut event at the Dating Game on Chicago Southside. I knew he had raw and authentic talent! 🤩 I am honored to see how God has blessed him to inspire musical vocal art at the next level. Much love to those artist who model after Twista’s brilliance!😎😇🤩
@@magicizaproblem shit you really want me to...damn try red nose, I love you, but fu, why u ain't call me, Midwest choppas, speedum ft eminem, imma playa...cause tech don't just do speed he's the whole package, paint a dark picture and the rain are good as well
