Adam you're correct when the term 'clouds,' is used as in the reference you have given. The term, 'cloud/s', is used through out scripture in various ways. Do some research, and you'll learn this.

Joel Richardson has out now on youtube several end time videos. They are simple and extremely well done. I believe his episode 39, that i just watched covers this rapture topic with scripture. It is indepth, as all of his teachings are, and you'll learn a lot. Most of Joel's teachings are on the short end about 30 minutes, and go up to 2 hours. He has also written books that are extremely deep with scripture, but written in layman's terms so his books are easy reads. You'll feel the power of the Holy Spirit in Joel's writtings as you do in his teachings.

You can also find Joel's WHOLE series on the "Pre-Tribulation" Rapture doctrine on FAI Ministries... This series gives you all the precise scriptural references you can ask for...

Your error is in assuming the last supper was during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. It wasn't. As Michael explains elsewhere, the Last Supper occurred the night before Passover - a bit obvious really since Christ was the Passover lamb to be sacrificed. Ergo leavened bread... The other proof is in the 'sop' (leavened bread) that He handed to Judas (John 13:26-27). Hope that helps.
