Michael Rood shows how followers of Jesus are grafted into Israel, who is the true Bride of the Lamb. Thus, there is no possibility that “the church,” as an entity apart from Israel, is marrying the Lamb while Israel is going through the Tribulation.

No, the bride is Israel. The rest of us are the guests of the bridegroom who is Jesus. It actually goes back farther than that. Promises were made to Enoch, who's great grandson was Noah. Promises were made to Noah, who's second born son was Shem. Shem is the patriarch of the Hebrews, and ultimately Abraham, Isaac and Jacob/Israel. When Shem chose the place where he wanted to settle with his family, he called it Salem, which is the root of the word Shalom; it means "peace". As it grew in size to become a city, it became known as the city of peace, or Jerusalem. God made some very special promises to Shem, which is why Jerusalem features so prominently in scripture. God knows what he's doing. Just do the ONE THING Jesus commanded us to do (love one another as he has loved us), and you'll be fine.@@slamdancer1720

Seems like a clear message, if you are not ready when he arrives you are left out. Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. Those who were foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. Now while the bridegroom delayed, they all slumbered and slept. But at midnight there was a cry, "Behold! The bridegroom is coming! Come out to meet him!" Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. The foolish said to the wise, "Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out." But the wise answered, saying, "What if there isn't enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves." While they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins also came, saying, "Lord, Lord, open to us." But he answered, "Most certainly I tell you, I don't know you." Watch therefore, for you don't know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming. - Matthew 25:1-13, World English Bible

It's not biblical to marry 5 virgins at once. They aren't the bride. She's singular and comes out of the body of Christ like Eve did. Brides are told they are the bride... note Isaac meets Rebekah in the first watch. It's midnight regarding the virgins. In Luke 12:36, Jesus returns from the wedding to get some with lights....

This hits hard. I realized I was outside of the fence with the sabbath. when i realized that i wasn't keeping it i felt like i was in the middle of an ocean without a life vest. You are completely free to stay outside of that fence. There is no obligation for a Christian to keep the sabbath, or participate in any of the other ceremonial regulations. (Col. 2:14-17 Rom. 14:5-6 Gal. 3:9-10) Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days.

@@WatchmanNiel The TRUE context of Col 2:16 is to not let anyone judge you in KEEPING the Sabbath... (That IS what it says) The connotation that it means "don't allow anyone to judge you because you don't keep the Sabbath" is nonsensical... (Or else it would have been written that way) Keeping the Sabbath Holy is the 4th Commandment... YeHoVaH didn't do away with it... Yeshua didn't do away with it... (Matthew 5:17 through 19) If I were you I'd pay close attention to what the Messiah said in Matthew 5:19 - So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. So if you break the LEAST of the Commandments... And if you teach others to break the Commandments... You are going to earn a new title as "Least in the Kingdom" in the Kingdom of Heaven... BTW, this is what you are doing... (You just told someone in the comments that they did not have to obey the 4th Commandment) Before you misquote another things Paul said, go and read 2 Peter 3:15 through 17... When you're done go and read Romans 3:31... "We uphold the Law" Then you can read 1 Corinthians 7:19 "Keeping GOD's Commandments is what matters" Additionally, you can read in the Book of Acts (Acts 21) where these men are labeled as FALSE witnesses... What did they do? They FALSELY accused Paul of NOT keeping the Laws of GOD and teaching others not to also... You're sitting right there with the pharisees bearing false witness against the Apostle Paul... Also, you will find NOT EVEN ONE verse that separates GOD's Commandments into types... This is a "man-made" fallacy... Keeping the Commandments of GOD is still relevant... The expectation for those who believe in Jesus Christ to do so was written in the LAST Book of the Bible: Revelation 12:17 - And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, WHO KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD and hold to the testimony of Jesus Christ. Revelation 14:12 - Here is the patience of the saints; here are those WHO KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD and the faith of Jesus. Revelation 22:14 - Blessed are THOSE WHO DO HIS COMMANDMENTS, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. It is the devil's task to pit Scripture against Scripture... He doesn't need any more help...

Well, if you are bent on honoring the 7 holidays, you need to start practicing the animal sacrifices again. But then, why do you think God destroyed the Temple? @@davidleatherneck Well David... First of all, I'm not bent... I am obedient... And NO, I DON'T need to practice animal sacrifices... (Psalms 51:17, Hebrews 13:15-16) If the "ultimate sacrifice" that fulfilled ALL the sacrifices was made by Jesus, then all of the apostles were wrong, including Paul... 1 Corinthians 11:1 - Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ. -Paul says we are to imitate him like he did Christ, so lets see what Paul did. Here are examples of 5 of the 7 feasts being kept. Day of Pentecost Acts 2:2 When the Day of Shavuot (Pentecost) had fully come, they were all with one accord[a] in one place. -How did they receive the holy spirit after Yeshua ascended? They were observing the Day of Shavuot that Sunday. Acts 20:16 - 16 For Paul had decided to sail past Ephesus, so that he would not have to spend time in Asia; for he was hurrying to be at Jerusalem, if possible, on the Day of Shavuot (Pentecost). -Paul was hurrying to observe this feast and Jesus has been dead for years. 1 Corinthians 16:8 - But I will tarry in Ephesus until Shavuot (Pentecost). -Paul is keeping this feast in Ephesus. Passover and Unleavened Bread Acts 20:6 - 6 But we sailed away from Philippi after the Days of Unleavened Bread, and in five days joined them at Troas, where we stayed seven days. -Why even mention Unleavened Bread, if it was abolished and no longer being observed? Acts 12:1 through 4 - 1 Now about that time Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some from the church. 2 Then he killed James the brother of John with the sword. 3 And because he saw that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to seize Peter also. Now it was during the Days of Unleavened Bread. 4 So when he had arrested him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four squads of soldiers to keep him, intending to bring him before the people after Passover.-Verse 3 shows that they were keeping the Passover and Unleavened Bread. 1 Corinthians 5:7 through 8 - 7 Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.[a] 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. -Paul here is telling the New Testament Christians to keep the Passover and Unleavened bread, 1 Corinthians 11:23 through 25 - 23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat;[a] this is My body which is broken[b] for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” -Paul is describing the New Testament Passover service, that Jesus established with His disciples on the night before His crucifixion. From the above passages we see that Paul commanded the Gentiles in the city of Corinth to keep Gods Holy Days. Acts 12:1 through 4 - 1Now about that time Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some from the church. 2 Then he killed James the brother of John with the sword. 3 And because he saw that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to seize Peter also. Now it was during the Days of Unleavened Bread. 4 So when he had arrested him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four squads of soldiers to keep him, intending to bring him before the people after Passover. -Verse 3 shows that they were keeping the Passover and Unleavened bread, Feast of Tabernacles Acts 18:20 and 21 - 20 When they asked him to stay a longer time with them, he did not consent, 21 but took leave of them, saying, “I must by all means keep this coming feast in Jerusalem; but I will return again to you, God willing.” And he sailed from Ephesus. The Day of Atonement Acts 27:9 through 10 - 9 Now when much time had been spent, and sailing was now dangerous because the Fast was already over, Paul advised them, 10 saying, “Men, I perceive that this voyage will end with disaster and much loss, not only of the cargo and ship, but also our lives.” -Paul is referring to the Fast on the Day of Atonement. Luke wrote the book of Acts many years after Christ’s death and he referred to the Day of Atonement calling it the “Fast”, So why was Paul still observing all of these Feasts years after Yeshua's Ascension, if the sacrifices were abolished and no longer needed? Wouldn't Paul have received the revelations on the road to Damascus, when Jesus revealed himself to him that they were no longer needed? Paul was a Pharisee. He was one of the most learned men among the disciples. If he kept the feast days after Christ there was a reason for it. Of course there are some people who think everything in Jewish practice was abolished after Yeshua arose from the grave. That's not true either. Not all sacrifices were "Sin Sacrifices"... There were "wave offerings" (for Shavuot) There were "friendship offerings"... And there were also sacrifices to complete vows (Nazarene Vows)... Yeshua's sacrifice was for SINS only... (Please respond with ANY verse that states different) I think you've routed your static line through your chin strap...

Rest in Messiah as much as you like...but God commands us to remember the 4th Commandment. Yourebasically saying we can murder, we can steal, we can do whatever we want and not what God wants, because Messiah did it all and died for us to 'be free'?! Israel (the people) IS All those who believe and put their trust in Yeshua AND guard and follow the Torah. We need to understand that The Covenant, the words of the Torah (Deuteronomy 29:1), is a marriage covenant and when we broke it, Yehovah divorced us (Jeremiah 3:8). Yeshua died to pay for our sins but HAD to be resurrected so that he could satisfy the instruction of Deuteronomy 24:1-4 (which forbade Him from remarrying us) and so re-new the marriage covenant - thus we have been 'Reconciled to Him'. Like Michael said; We cannot understand the Gospel unless we understand the Torah.

He was of the bride, The Church, which is married to the bridegroom. We in it cannot mess around, though, or we can lose the inheritance until we repent and get it back. It not only does not dismiss the Torah, but has the connections between the Old and New Testaments cross referenced. Jesus made all things new, but that did not invalidate the past. It did not require all those dietary and what not laws, but the moral teachings remained. It just got fell under the management of us Gentiles, because there were not enough Jews to remain the leaders, because too many would not accept Christ. Constantine just wanted the Christians to get their scriptures decided upon so they had their story straight about their teachings. There were scriptures written with errors by accident or by heretics, like the Gnostics’, out there. Jesus established a teaching ministry made of weak men who, nevertheless, were instruments of God’s truth and their church has maintained its doctrinal teachings since. Some pope might have weird interpretations, but they do not change what has been set in stone-what all other churches have changed already to the times, like contraception and redefining the biblical bonds of marriage. That is why we need The Church. We definitely don’t need blind interpretations of an unauthorized average Joe declares a minister or just me and Jesus, as you have various teachings about critical matters of faith and morals or one might kill their kid thinking God told him or her to do it because he or she is the devil or something. Jesus made a teaching authority that cannot reverse its doctrines for reasons like that. We have to know we can kill someone’s to protect family and that the commandment not to kill refers to cold-blooded murder, for example, or what is hyperbole or a metaphor and what is literal.

I absolutely agree with you! You are correct, seeking the truth is a thirst that drives you to want to know more. I've had this desire since I was a child of little understanding. It's a life long quest you never get tired or weary of. I'm 63 now. The Proverbs state, "with all thy getting, get knowledge, wisdom, and understanding." Hosea wrote, "my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Since ye reject knowledge, I shall reject you, and you will be no king or priest to me." The law is the instructor you carry in your heart and mind. God said he would put it into our inward parts. The "bride" is his redeemed, bought with a price. His sheep hear him and know his voice. It's not a matter of belief, but "knowing". I know God and he knows me. He instructed his disciples to seek out the lost sheep of the House of Israel. That was their mission. And it was fulfilled as the prophets stated. What modern churchianity does not understand is that 5 foolish virgins do not make it into the marriage supper of the Lamb. Why? Because they did not prepare by immersing themselves into the Word of God. Therefore, they cannot see or understand what's coming. They will be blindsided when Jesus returns. "Many are called, but few are chosen", and for good reason. God goes where he is wanted. Afterall, we were created to have fellowship with him. My husband and I pray for his return daily. We pray for HIS ORDER on earth. We want to have fellowship with him.

My understanding is that the Church is the Bride because the Jews rejected the Messiah and Crucified him cruelly
@bawbjusbawb6471
@bawbjusbawb6471 3 месяца назад
So "the Jews" crucified the Messiah? Really? My Bible states: In Matthew 27:35 we read, “And when they [that is, the Roman soldiers] had crucified him, they divided his garments among them by casting lots.” From this verse we learn that the Romans crucified Jesus. In fact, crucifixion was a Roman way of punishing a criminal. In the eyes of the Romans, Jesus was a criminal. That’s why they crucified him. Did "the Jews" put nails in Jesus' hands and feet? Did "the Jews" pierce His side? The Romans led Jesus to a place called Golgotha which means Place of a Skull (Matt. 27:31-33). They set up the cross and hung Jesus there. They pounded the nails through his hands and feet. They pierced his side. They were the ones who murdered the Son of God. Rome had AMPLE opportunity NOT to crucify Jesus, but they chose to... Matthew 27:11-26 - Now Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” Jesus said, “You have said so.” But when he was accused by the chief priests and elders, he gave no answer. Then Pilate said to him, “Do you not hear how many things they testify against you?” But he gave him no answer, not even to a single charge, so that the governor was greatly amazed. Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release for the crowd any one prisoner whom they wanted. ... Yes, a small group of Jewish priests and other collaborators in the ruling classes, led by the high priest Caiaphas, are purported to have urged the Romans on, and even tried Jesus (in the dead of the night on the eve of Passover, already, which would have been illegal under Jewish law !). But in their relations with the Romans, the Jews and their leaders had no real political power. Moreover, the Jewish leadership realized that if they did not deal with this “troublemaker” and his adherents, the Romans would do so in a much more brutal fashion, as they had done years before, killing thousands in an earlier Passover riot. John (11:47-50) quotes the priests as understandably worried that the fate of the Jewish people might be at stake. “If we let him thus alone,” they say, “the Romans shall come and take away both our place and our nation,” to which Caiaphas replies, “It is expedient for us that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.” Such fears were not far-fetched, indeed they were realized 35 years later, when the Romans responded to a Jewish rebellion by destroying the state. Interestingly, Luke 7: 1-10 portrays the Jewish leadership not as opposed to Jesus but as seeking his help: “And when he [the Roman centurion] heard of Jesus, he sent unto him the elders of the Jews, beseeching him that he would come and heal his servant. And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly...” Later, Luke (9:22) has Jesus blaming the Jewish leadership, not the people, for his imminent crucifixion: “The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised.” The Romans’ brutal role During Jesus’ time, the Romans and their governor of Judea, Pontius Pilate, ruled the country with an iron fist, and were responsible for appointing Caiaphas to his post. All accounts make it clear that it was Romans who cruelly killed Jesus - whipping and torturing him, ripping and tearing his flesh, putting a crown of thorns on his head, spitting on him, nailing him to the cross, crucifying him, even running him through with a spear. Pilate himself even “scourged” (whipped or lashed) Jesus. He first “washed his hands before the multitude, saying ‘I am innocent of the blood of this just person…’”, and then “scourged Jesus” before “delivering him to be crucified.” (Mark 15:15; Matthew 27:26). Thusly do the Gospels describe how the Romans dealt with this popular Jewish reformer with a huge Jewish following, “The King of the Jews,” whom they saw as a threat to Roman law and order, and to the privileged position of their collaborators in the priesthood. It is hardly conceivable that an unruly Jewish mob could have intimidated the powerful, tough, blood-thirsty Roman ruler Pontius Pilate, who is amazingly portrayed as weak, compassionate, and malleable, “the more afraid” (John 19:8), even eager to free Jesus. It is even more inconceivable that the Jewish “mob” could have pressured Pilate to release Barabbas, who had participated in a revolt against the Romans and even “committed murder in the insurrection” (Mark 15:7). Pilate himself admits in John 19:10 that he has the power to kill or set free Jesus: “Pilate therefore said to him, ‘You will not speak to me? Do you not know that I have power to release you, and power to crucify you?’” Eventually, Pilate’s brutality (even referred to by Luke) became so notorious that the emperor himself in the year 36 recalled his procurator back to Rome, after he slaughtered several thousand Samaritans on their holy mountain to disperse a crowd gathered around one of their prophets. Accounts of Pilate’s reign of terror in Judea appear in the works of the Roman historians Tacitus and Josephus. The Jewish king, King Herod Agrippa I, who ruled from 37-44, wrote to the Roman Emperor Caligula, describing Pilate’s acts of violence, plundering... and continual murder of persons untried and uncondemned, and his never-ending and unbelievable cruelties, gratuitous and most grievous inhumanity.” Jesus was just one of the estimated 250,000 Jews crucified by the Romans. After executing him, the Romans went on to kill his closest disciples Peter and Paul, along with countless other Jewish “Christians.” They eventually killed or expelled from the region almost all of Jesus’ fellow Jews, following the Jewish revolts of around 70 and 135 CE. This set the stage for 1,900 years of Jewish dispersal, suffering and persecution, and for the violence and territorial disputes that plague the Holy Land today. The historical evidence The only comprehensive historical source on this subject is the Christian Bible, mainly the books referred to as the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, whose authors never knew or heard Jesus). Fragmentary accounts also appear in the book of Acts, and works of the Jewish historian Josephus and several Roman historians such as Tacitus.

Passages in the New Testament whitewashing the dominant role of the Romans in the murder of Jesus, which for centuries have been used to stir up hatred for Jesus’ own people, are traditionally believed to have been written 60 to 100 years after Jesus’ death. Thus the authors - whoever they may have been - did not witness the events they describe, give different accounts of them, and may have been subjected to heavy editing prior to “publication,” at a time when the church was reaching out to gentiles and attempting to discredit traditional Judaism. The original manuscripts of the books of the Christian Bible were written in Greek, and for 15 centuries were copied by hand by scribes, whose accuracy and objectivity cannot today be determined. But we can be certain that they were subject to political and religious pressures, as well as personal and cultural biases. It is thus hard to know the exact wording and meaning of the original texts, especially after they have been translated into various languages. There were other compelling reasons at the time for minimizing the culpability of the Romans in persecuting Jesus and his mainly Jewish followers. It might have been impossible, indeed suicidal, to try to publish and distribute, under harsh Roman rule, books that were critical of, and might incite opposition to, Rome. Better to blame “the Jews,” Jesus’ own people and supporters, even though they were victims of Roman persecution and murder. This is obviously the reason the mob is quoted by Matthew (27:25), incredibly, as cursing itself in generational self-incrimination, “Let his blood be on us, and on our children,” the only place this statement occurs in the Bible. In the unlikely event a mob of Jews did call for Jesus to be killed, it would have been composed of a small group of collaborators with the Romans, perhaps acting out a script written by the Romans. This passage may also be a reference to Exodus 24:8, in which “Moses took the blood [of the sacrificed oxen], and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words [of the Book of the Covenant].” This would imply that the writer felt that the mob considered Jesus to have been sacrificed to atone for their sins. This theme is repeated in Hebrews 9:19-22, which states that “Moses…took the blood of calves and goats... and sprinkled on both the book and all the people...And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding with blood is no remission.” The Gospels differ significantly in other aspects as well. Only Matthew and Mark have the Jewish priests mocking Jesus, while only Luke and John have Pilate insisting that Jesus committed no crime. In reality, the early Christians and their Gospels could not have openly blamed the ruling Romans for the killing of Jesus (and without his crucifixion, of course, there would be no Christianity!). But today there is no excuse for perpetuating these blood libels, which for two millennia have caused Jesus’ descendants to suffer such hatred and persecution. Yet such slanders continue to be prominently featured, such as in Mel Gibson’s movie, The Passion of the Christ, and even in reviews of it in The New York Times. Most ironic of all, a few years ago, La Stampa, one of the largest newspapers in Italy - the nation of the people responsible for Jesus’ death - ran a front-page anti-Israeli cartoon showing an Israeli tank marked by a Star of David rolling up to Jesus’ manger, with the infant crouching and crying out, “Oh, no, they want to kill me again.” To continue to blame “the Jews” is not only false and malicious, it is a betrayal of Jesus and his followers. Until 1965, it was official Catholic doctrine that Jews bore collective guilt for killing Jesus. For centuries, this and other anti-Jewish smears have appeared in the writings of some of the most famous and revered Christian writers, especially Martin Luther (the founder of the Protestant Church), Saint Augustine, and Thomas Aquinas. The Catholic Church has belatedly partially recognized the harm this historical falsehood has caused through the centuries, when Pope Paul VI issued the landmark document, Nostra Aetate (Latin: In Our Time), on October 28, 1965. The declaration by the Second Vatican Council on the relation of the Church with non-Christian religions said that Jesus’ death “cannot be charged against all the Jews, without distinction, then alive, nor against the Jews of today. The Jews should not be presented as rejected or accursed by God, as if this followed from the Holy Scriptures.”

The Bride of Christ is that great city Zion that comes down from the heavens it will be the New Jerusalem; God's kingdom on earth, great cities were always called by the female name like Jerusalem was called Ariel, and they're always likened to either a chaste woman or a w*ore. I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, O Lord, show this also to thy servant: whether after death, as soon as every one of us yields up his soul, we shall be kept in rest until those times come when thou wilt renew the creation, or whether we shall be tormented at once?" 76 He answered me and said, "I will show you that also, but do not be associated with those who have shown scorn, nor number yourself among those who are tormented. 77 For you have a treasure of works laid up with the Most High; but it will not be shown to you until the last times. 78 Now, concerning death, the teaching is: When the decisive decree has gone forth from the Most High that a man shall die, as the spirit leaves the body to return again to him who gave it, first of all it adores the glory of the Most High. 79 And if it is one of those who have shown scorn and have not kept the way of the Most High, and who have despised his law, and who have hated those who fear the Most High -- 80 such spirits shall not enter into habitations, but shall immediately wander about in torments, ever grieving and sad, in seven ways. 81 The first way, because they have scorned the law of the Most High. 82 The second way, because they cannot now make a good repentance that they may live. 83 The third way, they shall see the reward laid up for those who have trusted the covenants of the Most High. 84 The fourth way, they shall consider the torment laid up for themselves in the last days. 85 The fifth way, they shall see how the habitations of the others are guarded by angels in profound quiet. 86 The sixth way, they shall see how some of them will pass over into torments. 87 The seventh way, which is worse than all the ways that have been mentioned, because they shall utterly waste away in confusion and be consumed with shame, and shall wither with fear at seeing the glory of the Most High before whom they sinned while they were alive, and before whom they are to be judged in the last times. 88 "Now this is the order of those who have kept the ways of the Most High, when they shall be separated from their mortal body. 89 During the time that they lived in it, they laboriously served the Most High, and withstood danger every hour, that they might keep the law of the Lawgiver perfectly. 90 Therefore this is the teaching concerning them: 91 First of all, they shall see with great joy the glory of him who receives them, for they shall have rest in seven orders. 92 The first order, because they have striven with great effort to overcome the evil thought which was formed with them, that it might not lead them astray from life into death. 93 The second order, because they see the perplexity in which the souls of the unrighteous wander, and the punishment that awaits them. 94 The third order, they see the witness which he who formed them bears concerning them, that while they were alive they kept the law which was given them in trust. 95 The fourth order, they understand the rest which they now enjoy, being gathered into their chambers and guarded by angels in profound quiet, and the glory which awaits them in the last days. 96 The fifth order, they rejoice that they have now escaped what is corruptible, and shall inherit what is to come; and besides they see the straits and toil from which they have been delivered, and the spacious liberty which they are to receive and enjoy in immortality. 97 The sixth order, when it is shown to them how their face is to shine like the sun, and how they are to be made like the light of the stars, being incorruptible from then on. 98 The seventh order, which is greater than all that have been mentioned, because they shall rejoice with boldness, and shall be confident without confusion, and shall be glad without fear, for they hasten to behold the face of him whom they served in life and from whom they are to receive their reward when glorified. 99 This is the order of the souls of the righteous, as henceforth is announced; and the aforesaid are the ways of torment which those who would not give heed shall suffer hereafter." 100 I answered and said, "Will time therefore be given to the souls, after they have been separated from the bodies, to see what you have described to me?" 101 He said to me, "They shall have freedom for seven days, so that during these seven days they may see the things of which you have been told, and afterwards they shall be gathered in their habitations." 102 I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, show further to me, thy servant, whether on the day of judgment the righteous will be able to intercede for the unrighteous or to entreat the Most High for them, 103 fathers for sons or sons for parents, brothers for brothers, relatives for their kinsmen, or friends for those who are most dear." 104 He answered me and said, "Since you have found favor in my sight, I will show you this also. The day of judgment is decisive and displays to all the seal of truth. Just as now a father does not send his son, or a son his father, or a master his servant, or a friend his dearest friend, to be ill or sleep or eat or be healed in his stead, 105 so no one shall ever pray for another on that day, neither shall any one lay a burden on another; for then every one shall bear his own righteousness and unrighteousness." .....2 Esdras 7:75 ////////////////////

Matthew 5: 18, 19 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Heaven and earth have not passed away yet, therefore it all comes down whether we want to be small or great in the kingdom of heaven.

We must rely on Jesus for our Salvation, NOt ourselves. We should keep the commandments the best we can. Bible says no one can keep the whole law. All credit goes to Jesus, not ourselves. Bible says, By Faith even the heathen will be saved. I didnt say it, the Bible does. Sorry if you dont like the KJV. I will read the Torah, but wont be bound by its sacrificial laws/rituals, Jesus Did do away with that part of the law.

"We must rely on Jesus for our Salvation, NOt ourselves. " Then why did Paul say this? Philippians 2:11 and 12 - 12Therefore, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now even more in my absence, continue to WORK OUT YOUR SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING. 13For it is God who works in you to will and to act on behalf of His good purpose. "Bible says no one can keep the whole law." You're right... Men can't keep the laws pertaining to giving birth... But the Bible states this: 1 John 5:2 and 3 - 2By this we know that we love the children of God: when we love God and keep His commandments. 3For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome... 1 John 2:4 - Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, Deuteronomy 30:11 - For this commandment I give you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach. Ecclesiastes 12:13 - The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. "Jesus Did do away with that part of the law." The Words from the Messiah's mouth states otherwise: As stated in Matthew 5:17 through 20 - 17Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. (The Messiah told us HE didn't do what some say He did... He's told us once so far...ONCE. In fact, Yeshua told us not to even THINK such a thing. But yet a lot of people still do?) Continuing... I have not come to abolish them, BUT to fulfill them. (Yeshua told us a second time that He did not come to ABOLISH them but FULFILL them. This makes TWICE Yeshua said He didn't abolish the Law or the Prophets). We must note the word "BUT" which is an opposing conjunction... That means that the word or phase before the word "BUT" will be in opposition the word or phrase after it... Also, we will find that if we look in a dictionary or Concordance... If Yeshua "fulfilled" the Laws so we don't have to, then this is annulling the law... This is the same definition of "abolish"... Yeshua told us TWICE, that He didn't do what most people claim He did... TWICE. Synonyms for FULFILL: satisfy, meet, keep, complete, fill, comply (with), answer, redeem... Antonyms of FULFILL: violate, break, breach, transgress, forget, ignore, abolish... “Do not think that I came to destroy (katalusai [inf. aorist active of kataluo]= dissolve, bring to an end) the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill (play-ro-sai [inf. aorist active of play-ra-o] to give the true or complete meaning/real significance to something). (Furthermore, refer to Matthew 5:20 through 48 if anyone is in doubt of what "fulfilling" the Law of GOD means.) 18For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Here, Yeshua states when the law will finally pass away. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled (gen-ay-tai [subjunctive aorist middle 3rd person sing. of ginomai] may come to pass). (Yeshua told us that not even the SMALLEST to the GREATEST part of the Law was done away with. This is the THIRD time He tells us this.The Law won't disappear until heaven and earth has passed away. Have you seen the earth today? Have you seen the heavens? Then the law is STILL valid and has NOT passed away.) 19So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.… (This was Yeshua's warning to us not to do what many are doing)

Dear Michael, Thank you for this important message. I want to share it with other people. I come from a family with five generations of Christian ministers. However, they are teaching what I believe to be a shallow, westernized, possibly even distorted version of the true message of Yeshua Ha Mashiach. I want to share this video with them, but they will not receive it because of your vehement tone. I wonder if you could produce another video with the same message with a softer delivery that may be easier for people with hardened hearts and minds to listen to and receive. Thank you.

BESIDES THE TORAH, WE HAVE TO OBEY HIM ON THE THINGS HE COMMANDED US LIKE JOHN 6:48 TO 58 AND PAUL ON 1 COR.11:23 TO 34 TELLS US THAT HE IS TEACHNG US THE THINGS HE LEARNED FROM YESHUA HIMSELF. I LEARNED THESE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE BIBLE IN 1963 AND STARTED TO OBEY IN 1973. I SUFFERED A LOT ON THOSE 10 YEARS THAT I WAS NOT OBEYING THOSE INSTRUCTIONS. SHALOM!!

stated very clearly that the "WEIGHTIER MATTERS OF THE LAW AND JUSTICE" are a focus of Jesus' testimony towards the subject, "RIGHTEOUSNESS", I would maintain that the house of SECULAR LAW IS MORE A CANDIDATE FOR 'Bride' than the Sheeple that comprise "The Church". Their collective status of 'righteousness' is more a dependency, a submission, a will to RECEIVE, an immature and undeveloped FAITH.

Am i wrong or what but a Church is not a building used to worship a Church is a group of worshipers. Which means a Church can be anywhere a group gathers to worship.

To Fulfill the Torah The key is that the phrase “fulfill the Law” is a rabbinic idiom. It is found several other places in the New Testament and in Jewish sayings too. Hearing it in context will shed light on its true meaning. The translation of “to fulfill” is lekayem in Hebrew (le-KAI-yem), which means to uphold or establish, as well as to fulfill, complete or accomplish. David Bivin has pointed out that the phrase “fulfill the Law” is often used as an idiom to mean to properly interpret the Torah so that people can obey it as God really intends.2 The word “abolish” was likely either levatel, to nullify, or la’akor, to uproot, which meant to undermine the Torah by misinterpreting it. For example, the law against adultery could be interpreted as only about cheating on one’s spouse, but not about pornography. When Jesus declared that lust also was a violation of the commandment, he was clarifying the true intent of that law, so in rabbinic parlance he was “fulfilling the Law.”

The word fulfill in Matthew 5:17 is pleroo(G4137). One of the biblical definitions of the greek work used there for fulfill is to perform and execute; to cause God’s will to be obeyed the way it should be. Thats why Christ came saying what goes into a man(food wise) can in no way defile them. He explains numerous times that to fulfill the law one must do unto others as we would have them do unto us thus fulfilling the entire law and the prophets( Matthew 7:12). Then He says it again about loving God and Loving your neighbor. Then we have John telling us in his epistle 1 John 2:9-11 that those who ‘think’ they are in the light yet has hate in their hearts for their brother is actually in the darkness. Then we told in the very next chapter 3:22-24 exactly what is pleasing in God’s sight and His very commandments. Remember… Christ Himself gave the apostles the heart of understanding to understand the scriptures right before He ascended in Luke 24:45. This was a good video sir!! Thank u again for all you share with us as you bring so freely to us that which the Ruach Ha’Qodesh has so freely brought to you 😊… be blessed!
