yeah ap twitch for burst and ad twitch for sustained damage but I'd try the lindyry's when the maintenance is down tho might be interesting for support twitch vs tankier teams
Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion. Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption. Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.
The way I like to play ap twitch (it's for aram tho) it's like this: - ever frost > more ap ,more true dmg from passive + more slow, and ever frost from invisibility into a 99% slow w is nice. That's it
Week 3 of going till I see it, Tank talon. Stride or frostfire, Thorn, Hydra, Cleaver, Then your choice of Gage or Maw. If you're feeling like going extra tanky though a Dead man's or a Visage isn't a bad choice. Your choice of runes with Grasp or Conq too

can you do tiger stance udyr with a prowlers? you double tap q and just 1 shot people or 2 shot tanks, you only need the prowlers to get online too so its perfect for jgl where you can farm that first mythic.
Ther shuld be some Syndra and BC changes on PBE. A Atak speed onhit BC and a full AP mid Syndra or a Support Syndra with Vigiliant Wardstone+Rabadons (with her new passiv over 70% bonus AP) shuld be interssting.

twitch is awful for procs, his w not doing damage, his passive being pure true damage and his e being such a long cooldown mean so many different procs just dont work for him well. if only w did even 1 point of damage
