So beasty, at 8:14, the reason why he died was because he had an item called the iv bag which activates whenever you hit spacebar, what it does is takes away half a heart in return for a random drop, so he pressed space and killed himself. The restart by pressing space is after you die.
At 8:14 for those who don’t know he trolled the streamer into killing himself in game using the blood bag item which makes you take a heart of damage to spawn some coins and the streamer only had one heart so when he activated the item it killed him

8:33 actually in the binding of Isaac (the game he was playing) the restart button is holding down R. But he had a special item that when you press space bar it takes off half a heart and gives you a coin.
