So the door opens inward, and Charlie puts the curtain rod on the outside. Rose could have just ducked underneath the curtains, making no noise at all. Oh well. I still adore this scene.
What are you talking about? the rod is hooked to the door so when Rose pulls the door inside it's stuck with the bridge made of the rod and the wall, so she couldn't open the door until the rod breaks Analyze it better, it makes perfectly sense.
She would open the door just a little, as much as the space between the rod and the doorframe allowed it. Then she would use any object thin enough to fit through that space and use it to lift the rod and drop it, then whe could've opened the door, just assuming there was such a space between the rod and the doorframe.
Charmingly handsome...but stupid... The bathroom door opens inside....it won't make a difference if he put a curtain rod infront of it... But i love Charlie.... he was the soul of the show...
7:45~ So I'm kinda confused as to how the curtain rod stopped Rose from getting out of the bathroom, seeing that the door opened into the bathroom. SMH
After escaping, why would he bother staying in the house? When you break out of your jail cell you don't hop into another cell and hope not to get caught. You leave the fucking prison!
