That looks a lot like Autodesk Inventor, the first part being an assembly animation created as a “presentation” project, and the second a dynamic simulation done within the simulation environment.

The term "delta robot" refers to having 3 parallel linkages working together, and as such, this does not qualify to be called a "delta" though it is a machine that's neat and useful for a particular use-case.
