When I was young and naive, I thought I was going to hell because I didn’t like preaching like this at the churches I attended. I grew up and thank Jesus for showing me that real teaching has substance!
Same here! I was recently telling my mom how I feel so embarrassed when I think about my younger years in church, how I thought this was from God! However, I was always irritated by this preaching style.
I can't stand when pastors say things like "cancer didn't take you, because God loves you." What is that implying about the people who did die of cancer? That God didn't love them? It's irresponsible to the people who are battling cancer and the people who have lost loved ones to cancer

If a person is going to be a servant of God, whether you tune up or not, stay on task and preach the raw Word of God... no marshmallows, fluff, candy, pizza, or cookies. Preach the Word that The Holy Ghost drops in your spirit or puts in your ear; and when God cuts off, the preacher should cut off... just drop the mic 🎤, let The Spirit of God do the rest... then go home!

One of his churches is in Charlotte, NC. Most of his attendees are women so he plays on their emotions. I have a friend that attends his ministry but she took a break from going. She said Pastor Carn called her inquiring why she hadn't been to church. She said she told him "your a prophet you should know." I hope she does not go back.

I’ve realised that a lot of black american pastors do this and it’s a distracting obnoxious sound that gets in the way of the message. I tried to listen to Apostle Murray and the constant breathing was distracting.
Step one: breathe like darth Vader Speak like you stubbed your toe on the corner of the coffee table after having just stepped on your kids Lego Step two: run around like ya gotta throw a leak and all the washrooms are outta service *more frantic the better* Step three: pick one passage that has at least two friendly words in it (as out of context as possible) and proceed to change the subject with word salad and gymnastic word play Step 3.2 (if needed) break into ‘tongues’ if required- a lazy mumble of lady gaga poker face filler lyrics or choice lyrics from shama Lama Ding Dong Song by Otis Day and the Knights or tell them ‘youwannabuyahonda’ or use pig Latin or speak how you would to a puppy dog or newborn as one would jangle keys to get them to sit still for a photo…(basically, if the math ain’t mathin - you got it) Step four: scream sing three syllables at a time *pause for drum clap or organ drop* (yes- every time.) Step five: scream in general when ya can’t remember what the next point is… or the prompter forgot the timing.. Step six: end up saying the same thing ten times while simultaneously saying nothing at all *be sure to point and scitter across the stage in random zig zag directions- (think Biden-but more methamphetamine) Step seven: when you realize the crowd isn’t really getting it but the music still keepin em dancing - crescendo into buzz terms (suggested: ‘generational curse, binding, wind, fire, blessings, lion witches wardrobes warlocks dwarves elves tree a persons’..etc-no need for rationality here …) Step eight: collection plate.
Step 8 should also include a healthy dose of guilt tripping, "if you dont sow a large enough seed, you caanot reap" & "do not steal from God by not tithing."
Want to say thank you for all your work and perseverance in exposing false teachers and teachings. It is indeed frightening at how many people call themselves "pastors" and more so how many listen to them.....I used to be among them until I found solid teachings and consistent preachers, brothers and sisters....

That honestly gets on my nerves so bad because why are you so hype and oxygen deprived and just getting started preaching. Also Brian Carn was also exposed for stealing prophecies and people think it’s funny but I’ve seen videos of disrespect even of the choir. But this is a result of people either seeking power and control or being told they were called to preach by other people at a young age instead of seeking God for their purpose. They do all the yelling with the organ to hide the fact they’re not really saying much. Don’t get me wrong I’ve heard powerful preaching of the word that gets you hype but you can tell the difference between the move of the Holy Spirit/God speaking through a preacher vs a gimmick
Sometimes it's God has nothing to do with our sickness we help it come on by the way we live. I notice most people don't have a Bible now not even the preachers, and I don't mean cell phones, because the system what to do away with christianity and make other religions more prevalent, even tho people have a right to serve whoso ever they like.. but that's not what I'm talking about. We're close at the time when persecution is coming to the true saints of God because I had a dream about it. It will be pushed by a president that most people love because we're living in a time of deception, because people don't desire the truth. Therefore God said that he would send a spirit of delusion that thy may believe the lie.
My mother was a Godly and praying woman and had inoperable cancer and was taken from us within 4 months of diagnosis. Yet God loved her and now she's forever healed. 40 years ago at the age of 57. God loves us whether or not He heals us
Violation. I don’t remembering reading that it takes all of that for deliverance. I don’t mind hands being laid on but slapping throat and his head twisting into someone’s abdomen which looked highly inappropriate is crazy. And while Ik the necessity to call these false teachers and false prophets out, what’s most alarming is how the congregation is too afraid to say something or not return. I feel the most sad about that.

30 years ago I was in a meeting with a pastor who said about the people will cheer for anything, then he went out and preached and in the middle started whooping and saying, collard greens, chicken, sweet potatoes, and the people were shouting and some even speaking in tongues. Yeah it happens
He came to my old church when I was in college and I rolled my eyes SO MUCH that he called me out for rolling my eyes at him. It’s people like him that made me stop going to church BUT KEPT me praying and studying for my own life, soul, and salvation. BC is a mess and has always been a mess!!
Nothing wrong with this style of preaching. Its what got us over years ago. I rather listen to a down home, country preacher, any day. This style, not him, has been around forever. Only those who cant do it, pick it apart, and i promise you Cory cant do it. 😅

I visited a church a long time ago where a pastor was sounding and preaching like this so bad he had spit foaming at the corner of his mouth and it was disgusting. I almost vomited. I left and never came back. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

I actually watched the entire sermon and there were great preaching points. He walked thru alot of the old testament with revelation. I feel like you picked out the mishaps and theatrics but there were good moments! And the black church is theatrics so ofc a lot of people ain’t gon understand or like the fluff or extraness of preaching.
My church is practically all Black. I don’t do theater, entertainment, histrionics or fluff. I like to laugh and have my congregation enjoy themselves on Sunday, but I give the Word reverence and preach the Gospel.
I actually live in Charlotte and was invited by a co-worker to his church. If you haven't sat in any of his services or watched entire sermons it's kind of hard to judge. I never heard anything in his regular services that was false doctrine.
This style of preaching was started in the Baptist churches...its designed to win over the crowd....Memphis made it famous....preaching nowadays is like going to boxing event....Baptist people ain't really into the scriptures...it's all about singing and preaching competition
People sit in churches like that because they don’t read their Bible or if they do read, they don’t understand what they are reading. I am convinced that most of people in Pastor Jamal and Brian Carn church, are not true believers , just those that traditionally go to church.

They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them--bringing swift destruction on themselves. This was already prophecied, we’re just seeing it in the physical.
Was Prophet Carn speaking on the fact that the Israelites marching formation was in the shape of the cross. The way that the 12 tribes lined up formed a cross.
Why do these type preachers never preach about salvation, seeking God's heart, and striving for holiness and righteousness? God will bless you cause he loves you BUT they always leave out the caveat of being holy. They preach down to the toxic situations their followers often times find themselves in without the accountability of "had you been seeking God you wouldn't find yourself here. " Basically, by their logic, God loves you enough for you to keep doing what you're doing and he'll just rescue you I guess with no lessons and the likelihood of you doing it again

Some years ago I went to a church service type thing in the park with my son. It was the church that he was going to at the time. Well, the preacher called for anyone to come forth if they wanted prayer or whatever. There was a girl lying on the ground from him praying over her, like you see in the videos. Well, he told my son to hold me so when I went down, I wouldn't hurt myself. He prayed over me and I was still standing afterwards. LOL Ok, I kind of did it on purpose a little. I don't believe in that. LOL You should have seen the look on his face because I was still standing!!!Haaaaa!
I heard Carn years ago and my spirit was grieved by him and Mr. Freak Nasty at New Birth has never moved me even in a backslidden condition. Like how do you plagiarize prophecy/prediction. It’s really not that deep bruh. Crazy it’s just like not everybody will be a successful business owner or great at growing food or raising livestock but for some reason people want the titles and pomp and circumstances behind what they believe to be the top position and for authority. I hope people know it’s okay to not be in the forefront and still have the same purpose and opportunity to impact without the titles and extra gimmicks.
I went to his church for a minute. here in GA, the church was full of women and 'yes" men. Seems like all the women are looking to be the First Lady Carne. I left just before a major scandal broke out with one of the musicians. claimed Carne was trying or had slept with his wife. So, I can see why he and Jamal can hang they both have been involved in multiple sexual scandals. Also, I find if you are not a "yes" man, he doesn't acknowledge you. For the most part he prophesies to only the women to manipulate them... One thing you find with these folk that God speaks to them than he spoke to his Only Son.
I'm sorry but this is one reason why I stopped going to black churches. I don't need your pumping and priming. I need the word, in truth. I don't see how the pastors don't have any type of accountability for the people because their souls are at stake. Then on the other side I don't see how people can sit there and listen to this because they should understand also God will judge them too. They won't be without excuses either. They can read for themselves.
The first church I was a member of was a Black church in 1975 that did not have politics nor theatrics. Today I see both. And if things don't go right, all they have to do is blame "The White Man" (Republicans).
@@tonyaustin1475 I'm from the south..and I grew up in the Baptist church and this kind of preaching is good, but it's used way to much....but I learned to appreciate every style of preaching....Baptist preachers really don't break down and teach the scriptures...they sermons are focused on CLOSING...making the crowd shout...this is why they use music..it helps them

the fact that droves of people are following these false preachers and false prophets grieves me so bad. i pray that God would turn the hearts of people back to Him and Him alone. “Christians” idolize this life and these false preachers. they will not inherit the kingdom lest they repent and turn back to having faith in Jesus ALONE. these preachers worship themselves and mammon. they use trickery and flattering words to capture the sinful hearts of unconsecrated people. they preach things out of context. they’re liars. and God will not be mocked. They will not get away with this.
Unfortunately, in some venues, if you don't use this type of showmanship, "you just ain't preaching." Thank God for revelation and the Holy Spirit. It will lead and guide you into all truth. John 16: 13 Bless you preacher!

Just from when I did watch reality tv, just one look at him in real housewives of Potomac and his ex wife I could just tell something was off with him and then I witnessed more sermons and interviews and it confirmed he’s in it for the money and attention not to save souls. Whenever a church compromises the word to appease the world or worldly views that are clearly against God, that’s an automatic sign of a false teacher and a dangerous church to be in.

@libby568 There were a few crazy things but I remember when him & others were having a convocation in Texas, as I was watching God told tondo research on him so I did. I went back to church when he returned & I saw some of the things that I research happen before my eyes. He even knew that I did & threw subliminal at me. That man does more than teach falsely is all I'm going to say.
