It’s crazy that when you’re rewatching the show you notice that the ones who were flying away actually were Stanford and dipper, and the liars were Mabel and Stanley...
@-.gravityfalls#sorryfornotpostingthatmuch I think they meant 2 things although Dipper and Mabel are siblings, in the episode where dipper got possessed, some viewers started pointing out how Mabel was always relying on him and stuff (idk what they think of it now since it’s been like 3 yrs) (Spoilers) In weirdmagedon, Mabel made a deal with bill just to get ‘eternal summer’, saying that she doesn’t want to grow up or for anything to change, I think that might’ve been what the commenter meant lol
@@lovelydovelyy yeah dont get me weong its horrible to trap people for entirety to be hqpy with youself but i see why she didil it i to have a fear of being forgotten heh-
This is what the axolotl in a gravityfalls book when dipper asked about bill it (the axolotl)also said a different form a different time saying he will return
Listen: If you ever feel you are slipping from reality, your friends, your dreams. Never give up. There will always be another sunny day or a conversation about the best donuts with your friends; you just need to stay on the wire! You don’t need to fly away from the wire if you don’t want to. Please just wait for tomorrow to see what happens.
What’s fascinating is that this animatic perfectly portrays the duality of both sets of twins, how in different moments they each represent different ‘birds’, and it can change very easily
She'll believe it all, there's nothing she won't understand, she'll never let go of his hand...but because he stays dedicated to what they're doing when she wants to "fly away" pretending nothing ever happened and that it's without consequence when it's NOT and he's still balancing what he needs to do to prevent catastrophie, she turns her back and says he's nothing but a liar now. Even though he never changed and she is the only one who is lying now. She knows better, she knows it's not a game of empty fantasies and yet wants to drop it all AND him like it were a game of pretend. She has the gall to lyrically sing about it as though she's in the right and a victim as well; a truly disgusting display no matter how innocent the voice. She is lying with every breath she takes of denying what she was a part of while the boy "on the wire" is still facing the reality without assistance and now wrongful maligned.
Who’s is the bird on the wire? Mabel is very outgoing and energetic while dipper is more quiet and sensible but dipper is willing to let go of his childhood while Mabel wants to stay and won’t let go
Dipper (and Ford) are the ones on the wire because they matured sooner and started to do projects and research on their own. Mabel doesn’t want to let go of her childhood as she’s hurt that Dipper may have more things to do
@@david34nl96 I think Mable she is scared to grow up( Like flying away from the wire) shown in one of the last episodes, dipper is looking forward it the future shown in the ep where FORD shows him the secret under ground thing
All of them are holding on to a wire, it's just different things: Dipper and Ford both won't let go of the mystery of Gravity Falls, Mabel won't let go of her childhood, Stan won't let go of his past, and Bill won't let go of his plans/domination
In my opinion both but at different time dipper at the start just want to stay and read the journey instead of socialising like Mable. And Mable at the end she wants to stay a kid and dipper is planning on moving on and work with fors
I love this! Always thought the wire was their childhood, it could also mean Mabel wants to have fun but Dipper is too worried about Bill and mysteries.
This is CRAZY good. The godly language, the character designs (ya know interpreting it from classic animation to awesome art) is awesome. Ahhh I just love this so much
Oh my god Why is no one talking about the end of this? It’s literally perfect for the show and song, the way it shows (idk if these are spoilers, if you haven’t seen the show maybe scroll past to be safe) how grunkle stan was watching his brother “from the wire” and gives him the ability to “let go” when let going himself when switching with his brother, letting bill into his mind. That was literally perfect what the fuck
Oh my G O O D N E S S, this is absolutely incredible. I legit got tears in my eyes when it switched to talking about the Stan twins in the second verse. I'm so glad I searched for new Gravity Falls animatics.
My Brain: "Don't watch that video, don't watch it, you know you're going to cry, you've seen animatics with that song before, don't- whY ARE YOU CLICKING ON IT- Told you." (This was amazing btw well done)
I critique animatics a lot. If you like the same fandoms, you’ll see me a lot. This animatic is amazing! Honestly, the best one for Gravity Falls so far. All I can say to criticize it is when it said “To Birds” and that ain’t even bad. That’s just a spelling mistake. But anyway...This is great, I love it! Keep the work up!
Omg thank you so much! And oh dang I didn’t catch that mistake, I’m dyslexic so I wrote a lot of words wrong throughout the entire animatic and had my sister watch and pick up on spelling mistakes (at one point instead of writing “understand” I somehow wrote “understandand” and instead of “wire” I wrote “wird” lol) but thanks for the feedback I’m glad you liked it :D
ButterflyColors Oh, then that’s a perfect excuse, I am not dyslexic, but I understand the problem. But still, your doing amazing especially with Dyslexia!
MY CHILDHOOD 🥺 i remember sitting in front of the TV and screaming at my sister to pause it so i could write down the code at the end ans try to decode bills cypher- thank you for bringing back all these happy memories 🥺
AHHHHH THIS SONG FITS SO WELL ITS SOBP BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for doing the whole song, I’ve never actually heard it in it’s entirety before. And geez it just FITS. SO. WELL.
Crying. Currently sobbing in the corner. Uhhm... anyways... this was insanely good, I can't believe that you made this and had me watch the entire series in 3 minutes like... wow
ohhh man. when i first heard this song, I thought it fit gravity falls way too well. your animatic was spot on, and I'm not crying my eyes are just sweating.
