Our first day in punjab and Amritsar. Complete with a golden temple visit, authentic kulcha goodness and how to create it. Finished of with a pomegranate juice to replenish the senses. Cheers.
Ghee is the best form of real and pure butter. It has high smoke point which makes it ideal for deep frying. It is also a key ayurvedic ingredient that has some great properties.
Also do visit South India... Totally different world ... Tropical paradises.. Places like Goa, Kerala, Pondicherry and stuff .. don't just visit the North and say this is India ... Cuz what you have seen is just 1% crowded India
The kulcha looks really good. Watching your videos gives me an idea what food I will order in the future I go this cultural restaurants. Looks like you love the onion sauce but can you describe the red sauce, does it taste pre dominantly tomatoes or was its spicy?
Another awesome vid guys! I would love to come to India one day just for the food haha, my fave is butter chicken and garlic naan that I've only tried in a restaurant here in Canada lol so I can imagine how good it would be if it was in the actual country!
Yeah the food is amazing and so much variety. Most Indian restaurants in the south just have a few typical meals and that’s all we know, but when you come here you realize there’s hundreads of dishes that were unknown to us! Just gotta watch out for the stomach ;)
Bhau ... Punjab, Delhi, Agra all these places are so over rated ... These guys just visit these areas and generalise India .. they will forget choles and kulches when theyll taste tambda and pandhra rassa lol .. but no ... They want to eat butter chicken and go back to their country ..
Been both side of the worlds ... I am from Delhi and living in Kolhapur.... chole kulche n rassa both are different genres so cant be compared... really good they were able to find this gem.. these are called Amritsari Kulchas n are popular in Delhi also... Kolhapuri mutton is unbeatable too... @l&ptv... u can visit tier 2 cities in central western india to see how diversity gradually changes and intermingles
@@lucandpol Honestly I'm not talking about you guys as your trip has not ended yet mostly I'm guessing... I'm just talking from from experience, what I've seen tourist RU-vidrs do .. a lot of them do that ..visit Delhi and surrounding areas and the leave and then says things about India .. I mean you have just visited 2% .. I feel you should visit all parts of India to be able to say ok so this is the culture of India as India changes every 100kms ..
That father and son of pomegranate fruit juice stall scammed you in a very clever way first asking you where are you from ? this and that and at last showed their scamming technique. That glass of juice should not be more than 80rs per glass.got ripped of in smartest way
Kulcha looks appetizing and seems like you both really enjoyed the meal. ✨️🫶 12:55 Ooopsies... forgot to look for the price sign or ask how much before committing (again) 🤷🏻♀️ Anyhoo, happy exploring boys! Happy hearts and bellies! 💖 On a side note, I don't think L&P tv is growing on me...I prefer Luc and Pol, just my honest opinion. I gave it time, I tried, I just don't think it's doing alot for "brand identity and recall" with regards to the channel. L&P seems vague and generic. It can be confused with "Laugh & Pray", "Lines & Polygons", "Lester & Patrick", "Lucita & Polita"... the list goes on... If you're not too keen on keeping L&P TV, maybe you guys can do a poll /suggestion activity on the community tab for additional inputs from subscribers and stalkers. Hahaha! 😁🫰🏻
Kulcha was delicious! Thanks for the feedback it really helps. We are trying to think of other ones but we can’t change it within a certain time so we will once we can!
