🇮🇳 Whilst in the Indian city of Amritsar I saw lot's of places offering something called Kulcha and so I decided to go and try the quintessential Punjabi meal...
Is that how you wash your hands... :P? 1:06 LOL Keep Up the good work.. @@fuglyMugly nope its called work, many smart people don't speak foreign languages. and many peoples who are average smart speak many languages. Being intelligent doesn't make you de facto able to speak another country language, event ough it helps.
Very high IQ he is able to learn very fast, I have seen this channel only 7 days ago I have been to Mumbai, North East, Burma, Punjab, Belarus, Russia, some non existent country ,😄, with old USSR alive. Was touched to see Sir helping old man with his 97 year old mother in Belarus and one lonely old man with Vodka and some rations. Buying nike cap for ₹100. Also visited one village where people did not like outsiders. It's fun, informative and lovely channel.
I can assure you that he speaks very correct Russian and Hindi, not just essentials which many travellers speak. Additionally, he travels with a love for the places where he travels to and can mix up very well with the locals. In one sense , he is promoting universal brotherhood in the era when we are badly divided and fighting each other. I, therefore, call him Bald & Beautiful. Brother, best wishes from India.
@@jungleninja8415 The people and the atmosphere. The sounds, sights, smells and weather all work together to create something unique that you can't quite put your finger on. Oh and some of the scenery and architecture is breathtaking!
TBH Indian people respect a foreigners opinion more than 1 of their own. That's why a foreigner who creates channel about india is more successful than an indian. If you do not trust me, check the number of reaction channels from foreigners about india and how successful they are.
@@stincc4319 if everyone say 'thank you' for everything to everyone, then the so 'thank you' would become just a social custom and lose all its meanings.
This is the first time I have seen a foreigner speak Hindi so well I'm so bloody impressed. Also quite funny but I'm an Indian in England right now watching an Englishman in India.
It's one of those channels that's grown on me, like Mark Wiens, Madlittlepixel, ContraPoints, Best Ever Food Review Show, The Food Ranger, NFKRZ, or Marion's Kitchen.
It's great that he says "Jai Bhole KI" but he should get his pronunciation corrected by someone. It's really hard to follow what he says. "Bhola" sounds like "Bolay".
Praise Lord Shiva. Shiva's another name is Bholanath (because Lord Shiva is guileless and lost in meditation all the time ) and people lovingly call Him "Bhole" (pronounced "Bho-lay") for short. @@BIRDSDHKHK
Nice of you to show what "real" India's like, and not the sunshine and rainbows that others show it as. I swear this is the only channel that shows the real experience of being here. You go on dude, this channel's gonna grow real big, real soon. Jai bhole ki!
@@Observer9812 Aye. But focusing entirely on them and them alone and always showing tried and tested tourist spots, that isn't really my cup of tea. And more so, this "reality" far outweighs the "sunshine and rainbows" by a long shot.
Same here in Germany. Theres one real Indian Restaurant in a City with 15k Villagers. They make absolute weird food with lamb, spinach, rice etc. They taste like absolute heaven. Completly delicious.
@laser325 it's a faux pas only in rural areas or extremely orthodox families and something that only grand parents say . Not to mention it'll be a forgotten thing in a few generations per se . I have never had anyone say that to me though your comment resurfaced a memory that I had heard this somewhere, not sure where . Those who say this also believe you're not supposed to write with your left hand . Haha .
hi! an indian teen here :D it is SO TRUE that every 100 kilometers language, accents and cuisine keeps changing! thanks for this vlog! pewdiepie got me here :) and kudos to your hindi and punjabi!
This guy is amazing. He knows everything about indian culture.....thnx for that.through you the foreigners can gathering the knowledge about India...jai hind...bande mataram🌍🌏🌎
I love watching videos of you and Harald and I never skip the ADs of both of you guys videos, this is the small kind of support which I can do for you guys.
This guy is legend to make friends everywhere, no matter what our country is divided from caste and religion, but it's a lesson that we peoples can learn from him.
This was something of a food vlog fail! Because all the restaurants had 'Kulcha and Naan' written on signs outside I thought that was the name of the meal 🤦🏻♂️ Now I know that it's just 'Kulcha' or 'Kulcha naan' but definitely not 'Kulcha and naan' 😂
You are the only travel vlogger that is worth watching, love that you spend longer stints and interact with parts of the culture most of the people miss.
Don't forget that the salary in India is like $4 per day, some people earn even less. That's equivalent to spending €20 for the same meal (two "pancakes") in Ireland. Living in the West really is a lot more comfortable than India.
Mr Bald, you must not leave Amritsar without having their famous Lassi or eating in the Golden Temple. You will regret not doing so. Want to be adventurous try Bhang Ice Cream or Bhang Kulfi, Bhang Papar or Bhang Pakora. Careful these have hashish added. Enjoy yourself
Your a good man Mr Bald. You have a good heart and you are a very compassionate human being. Keep up the great workand stay safe. You represent and present the " common man" honestly and without pretense.
I feel bad seeing nice food like that for $1 but I suppose to them its the same as if it was $10 to us. Indian breads are incredible, so tasty and a lot of variety their curries also.
What i really like about you vlogs is the blend of british accent and hindi. You have a good sense of humour and your blogs are no limited to a specific stuff.

What is Jai bole ki? What has mythological gods like Shiva ever done for Hindus? On the contrary the 9th Sikh Guru and Sikhs sacrificed life for religious freedom of Kashmiri pandits. Therefore When Hindus say Jai bole ki then keep in mind that history repeats. Don't get caught on wrong foot. China shall test Jai bole ki soon. Good luck

Somehow came across your channel and been watching your videos since last three days seeing India thru your eyes as I miss my country. Your vlogs are uncut and unedited which is what makes them so interesting and all the best for a million subscribers. Keep the vlogs coming.
Just found your channel and jesus christ... first one was in belarus, second in India and I must ask: how many languages do you speak? The way you apply your charisma with the locals is phenomenal.
I’ve met many Sikh’s, and while I don’t know much in detail about their beliefs or whatever, I do know that they’re just the loveliest people you can meet.
Love this guy. Doesn't gush over all things foreign, just says it how it is, nice and refreshing change from pretty much every other travel writer/blogger/presenter (like the tiresome mark wiens).
One specific thing different about your vlog then anyother tourist blogger is that u don't go to all the same famous spots.u go to random places which makes your vlog unique .
Love these vlogs. I am from Canada, but my parents are born in Punjab. I love eating Kuchlas on the street sitting on the scooter. I never comment but I had to say I out of every youtubers I have seen; you and food ranger are the only ones who are so respectful that even the people around have no option but to be nice. Great job man. (im sure knowing hindi somewhat helps a lot because punjabi is very similar)
Congratulations. You have learnt the Indian etiquette. It's right hand for eating. Left hand is reserved for ... The food looked yummy. I am sure you are now immune to all the germs and bacteria in the food chain. Joi Vole ki...
