😀 you should be a film director. what impressed me the most the sound of the wind while picking the rosemary in the middle of this music. I can imagine thr great taste of this soup from its gentle and smooth ingredients. Excellent work.👏

divine I am going to make some of this rustic bread to go with it, ty for sharing, nothing more delightful than a jazzy windy fall evening by the fireplace infused with a maze of flavors to warm the soul. ifind roasting my pumpkin with herbs, a dash of brown sugar and smoked flavors adds that extra layer to the taste. Loving the the mascarpone addition and looking forward to try, perhaps as soon as tomorrow.

I subbed. In America, pumpkin is mostly eaten during the fall and mainly in desserts. I've never liked dessert pumpkin dishes and recently started adding pumpkin to hearty recipes. I'll definitely be making this soon. This looks delicious! Thank you so much!

Looks like exactly what I'm after for a romantic, surprise, self-catering getaway for my fiancé's upcoming birthday. I've sprung a surprise overnight stay on him the last 2 years and he thinks because covid we are going for a nice walk and a posh picnic (which we will also do). Ha ha! Gives me a perfect cover to prep the soup and other food in advance. Loved the music too. Has given me the idea of a wee slow dance to round off our dinner ;-)

Once again a stunning video recipe from you. I’m not big on cheese, but will try to make this soup without so much cheese and see if it’s still okay. The way you mix in the sounds from the pot hitting the stovetop to the knife chopping onions on the cutting board to the sound effect when you close in on the rosemary just is very professionally made. By the way, you seem to prefer to sauté/sweat vegetables/onion and sear meat in olive oil, don’t you worry about the lower burning point of olive oil compared to for instance canola oil or grape seed oil ? Cheers, Claus

If you use cold pressed virgin olive oil, and it doesn't reach smoking point it's fine, it's used this way in the Mediterranean cooking and still considered the most healthy diet in the world. Sadly, most olive oils today are fake, if you research it you will find they are cheap vegetable oils mixed with flavours and mixtures of inferior rancid olive oil. These aren't good to use for sauteing. If it's cheap, it's mostly likely fake as good fresh olive oil is expensive to make. Hope that helps Claus 😀👍
