Hi Julie I hope Atticus enjoyed his party. Also as you’re nose is congested I would recommend you the Vicks nasal spray. It honestly is a godsend for me whenever congestion gets to me!!! It’s available in most places like Tesco and Boots, if you’re interested, defo recommend!X
Hi Julie just word of advice, it’s not too smart to say when you’re going on holiday all over social media as you’ve previously accidentally shown your address so just thinking this is a security concern for you as people know when your house will be empty. I really recommend a neti pot. I have bother with my sinuses and use it. U really feel less congested after. U might have to use a few but does help xx
Hello Julie! I had covid back in November and ever since I’ve been congested and feeling all sinusy. It’s taken 2 lots of antibiotics from the doctors to get rid of it, almost 3 months on! I’d definitely recommend getting an appointment as it’s a horrible feeling. I was waking up every morning and feeling full of snot🤢 Hope you feel better soon, take care of yourself🤍

I was just thinking the same! The name comes from the first two letters of the founders name (Hans Riegel) and where he was born and the company was founded (Bonn). It’s definitely pronounced Ha Ri Bo (HarryBo) and not Ha Re Bo (Hareebo).
I thought that too. It's supposed to be Haribo as in i for ill, not i as in eeeeee. There's quite a lot of things that Julie seems to pronounce differently! Lol

There has definitely been some kind of horrid cold doing the rounds, I had it a month back and have just started to feel better, I cannot comment on the second vaccine as the first one was bad enough for me, so I passed on the second, but have heard people saying the second finished them off with things they'd never had before having it, that said, it's probably that stinking cold and you; have dropped unlucky and fortunately managed to get it before you went away - I think in a few days that congestion will go, as long as you feel OK otherwise, then I see no reason why it will linger anymore than it needs to do.
Julie go see your GP and ask them to test vitamin D, zinc, B12 and iron levels. Usually after a period of illness your zinc levels will be low which could be behind the congestion/inflammation. 💖
Tbh the doctors don't do much sadly. I suffer from bad allergies. And my sinuses swell up very badly with Aircon. I constantly have tissues by my side. It's just crap tbh xxx
