Whoever owns those dogs should be arrested for animal abandonment.

The fact that there were pee-pads left in the car with the dogs proves the owner knew good & well that they were going to be purposely left there for an extended period of time

Sat in the car while my hubs was pumping gas and it was over 100 degrees and within a minute I was already dying. It got so hit so quick. I can only imagine how these pups felt.

Why do people do this? With kids and animals, it just makes no sense plus it’s way hotter in the car than outside so I know it’s approaching like 120 degrees in there. Even if you’re going into the store for 5 minutes that’s all it takes

It’s been 120 this week and the next 3 days it’s 117. We don’t even walk our dogs anymore cause even at night it’s still 95 degrees. No one should be taking their dogs anywhere right now. Vegas is just to hot at the moment.

This reminds me of something that happened years ago when I lived in Phoenix. A police officer left his official police dog in his car, and it died from heat exhaustion. The only penalty he got was being fired.

My friend and I had to call the police about a dog locked in a totally closed up vehicle in 30+ Celsius weather. No sign of where the owner was. Police broke the window and took the limp dog to a vet. We left shortly after as well. I bet the owner called the police as quickly as we did, but the dog would have been dead! Stupid people, stop taking your pets with you, only to leave them in the car! They’re happier at home, your car is intact, you don’t have a big fine and repair bill, and you’re not in jail! 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦

The fact there were pads for them to go to the bathroom, but also no water in sight just shows you that the owner knew they'd be there awhile. Even with water and the window BARELY cracked.. It was still too hot and like torture for these poor dogs!
