it mostly happens when ur 1 repping a heavy weight, i personally prefer doing mildly heavy since anything over ~225 lbs is essentially just a "cool gym trick" with all the warmups you need to do to even think about lifting heavier

The only issue with the last one was they pulled her to standing position right away, this shouldn't be done after being in it at all let alone stuck longer. You raise it to horizontal, wait a few min, then go fully up.
The first girl was very lucky.. The guy that attacked her looked slow, weak, and uncoordinated. Had it been a scarier guy... She might have been in real trouble.

The fighting back advice depends on your size and the man's size, she was clearly more fit than him in this case but this does not apply to everyone, sometimes its best for you as a woman to keep your distance & even scream, it does work, so just analyse & be aware of your surroundings and dont fight some loser who wants any excuse to hurt you.
Yeah she got lucky this guy wasn’t really trying to hurt her cause if he was she would’ve been toast. He easily got her to the ground without much effort.
At 4:13 the woman who had a issue with her clothing works out at the same gym that I do. Although what she was wearing seems ok, they do have a policy for attire, because once I was approached for wearing a tank top with thinner straps.

The woman at 3:00 complaining would have been valid in my opinion except everything about workout clothes is revealing and makes bodies look pratically naked. She should have been against more than just the top.

As almost a 21 year old man, I would never do such a thing to these poor woman. Plus, I actually get extreme anxiety when it comes going to the gym and seeing somebody that's bigger and more muscular than me anyways.
This video actually cheered me up... they all ĥappy endings... that's wonderful... and I was shocked that there were other videos besides women getting approached by creepy men... that also made me happy... I understand that God works in mysterious ways and the world is not what it seems at times... this video gave me hope especially that the truck didn't hit anybody working out at the gym... and I laughed at the guy locked in the gym... overall I found this video uplifting
Also, the moral of the story is to learn self-defense like boxing, kick boxing, Brazil ju Jitsu, mma or Krav maga. Either of those I mention for self-defense is very good 👍 and it's legit 💯 especially for the ladies out there.
I'm really glad the first girl got away unharmed, but she doesn't seem to realize that she was lucky her attacker wasn't someone good at what he was trying to do (maybe even just a weak junkie). Otherwise she probably wouldn't be so proud of her strength and may be telling a whole different story.

On that first one, to be honest she wasn't stronger than him he overpowered her still even tho she was a a "bodybuilder." She's built more like a fitness guru rather than the bodybuilder. She shouldn't even claim that. She had more stamina than him, that's what saved her. But she wasn't stronger than him. It's just another fact that women (even if they work out) go up against a guy who doesn't work out, a man is still stronger than an average woman.

Listen I don't work out and I'm as weak as a baby, but her point still stands: you fight, if you can, as long as you can and as hard as you can. Nothing wrong with that message.
Guys get unwanted attention at gyms as well let's not cherry-pick and gaslight and make this seem like it is isolated to one specific gender. The issue is a lack of respect and entitlement.
