I just love all of the options that are available here. Everything looks so fresh, and delicious. I also admire how hard your work, T! You're going non-stop and everything runs so smoothly in your kitchen because of it. I would support this canteen every single day for breakfast, lunch, and maybe get some takeaway to save for dinner. This canteen needs to be everywhere! Let's clone Mr. T as well!
The fact you're whistling as well with such a happy tone means you really do love your work and seeing how you cook shows the passion you have for what you do. I'm no culinary type of person at all but watching things like MasterChef, Hell's Kitchen and some other videos of POV cooks solidifies the statement that food tastes better when the Chef pours his love and soul into the food. You sir got plenty of that! I found your videos by chance a few days ago and they're really relaxing and now found new stuff to sleep to as funny as that sounds. "affordable?".....below costs is not sustainable.....as Mr. T is both a chef and manager I am sure he could give you the cost breakdown per meal but I would estimate from what he has said here the patrons are paying less than 1/2 the cost on their plate for their subsidized meal......add some to that if you were dining at a for-profit restaurant
@@michaelkendall662 i am not shure what you mean.. the prices look good price - quality wise. i have worked at many places with a way expensiver prices for a staff canteen tho. and this canteen is owned by a larger company tho.
I have a suggestion, for the wraps, make some frensh fries, a bit thinner than the chips, and add them to the wraps ( even the baguettes). I'm sure you will like it so much. wish you the best.

0:10 in germany the bin that near to food.. it has to be in another room. only gloves and paper are allowed in a kneehigh bin with a tiny slit. closed restaurant.
