@@chidaluokoro9104 when the movie originally came out, WB did almost ZERO promotion and advertising for it and consequently it bombed at the box office. Thanks to home video, it finally found an audience and gained a passionate fanbase.

@@billydiaz1914 Items are in the game they just don't randomly spawn yet. Bugs can hold down to pull random items (so far a meeseeks box, dynamite, a tv (assist trophy), and a sandwich) out of a box.

Thank god there are no stuff like that. Finally a game that focuses purely on neutral gameplay and skill instead of lucky one taps comboed into a bs super that takes away half of your health

I mean I've seen more than decent ganondorfs, kind dededes and incineroars in competitive play.

Riddley ain't even a heavy weight but is STILL combo food, my man's should be heavier and bigger but couldn't get much more for sakurai's sake.

@@megaplatformer2702 Ridley really didn't deserve the treatment he got. Couldn't even get a tail spike down air and used his feet instead as one of the worst down airs. Insanely bad treatment and was basically like "Yeah i fucking guess we'll put him in the game even if he shouldn't be" Didn't have enough of an anime hairstyle to be treated with more attention.

​@@josephgarfield3363 It's a weird and very poorly documented subject Arms' netcode is a big mystery since none of the developers who were in charge of the online infrastructure for the game ever commented on what type of netcode it is. The most common theory is that the netcode is rollback adjacent but accelerates or slows down the game when affected by desyncs instead of rolling back to a previous action like traditional rollback netcode.

@@camel521 Sakurai himself stated that ultimate will be a though act to follow but that there will eventually be a new smash in the far future because there's simply no way that a system seller franchise like smash could ever truly end. As to what a post-ultimate smash game will look like, no one knows, not even Sakurai himself has any clue of how to follow up on ultimate.

It was already leaked that the next character is Rick Sanchez

Actually the scrap is for a different move of his. The way he activates his weapon systems is by either dealing enough damage, or (I believe) taking enough damage (including his partner if he's on a team) to the point where the "Protect friends!" prompt appears above his head.

Yeah the founders pack costs a lot of money but you can unlock all the characters by playing the game too.

@@francoandreparraflores1491 That's a bit of a pain from a competetive standpoint since you'll be forced in to playing what you have, making it quite a miserable experience...I don't mind paying a little, but this is the reason why I generally don't play modern fighters anymore. You're gimped unless you pay up.

I've played over a 3 day duration on and off, bought 3 characters totally 7500 gold, I'm back up to 1600 gold. Playing daily with a friend who can toast you will net you about 500,then every profile level up is 100+ gold, progressing characters past certain milestones nets you gold as well as the free battle pass. All this along with the (current) small roster and I think 5?!? free starter characters makes it not that grindy

@@bigboss4993 I tried him in lab and stacked it to its max and it felt like his down attack practically instant charged, and his air movement felt much quicker as well, I just couldn't remember if the ability you were questioning was his purchased buff or not
