What myths are out there about home buying in 2024? These are the top 2. Now I’m not in denial that rates are higher than I would even like on my own home loan. But they are not as high as they have been. And when rates dip prices on homes will go up. So I bought in 2024 to lock my home price in, and I will just restructure the payment later once rates chill out. Plus you don’t need a super large down payment either!
