When someone asks me for an easy, healthy breakfast idea, overnight oats is the first thing I suggest. It’s perfect for busy mornings, as you can make it ahead of time and take them on the go. It’s also satisfying enough to keep you full till lunch, made with simple ingredients like oats, chia seeds, and any liquid base. But best of all, it’s tasty and fun.
Sharing today two of my favourite overnight oats recipe. One is Chocolate Overnight Oats & other is Super Green Overnight Oats. They are Sugar free, high protein, fibre Rich and loaded with multiple other beneficial Nutrients, plus they taste amazing.
