@Rode Microphones Can you please pay more attention on the stand base finish? I was recording a podcast last month and a guy which I was interviewing cut his finger badly on the edge of the stand base. Interview was canceled and now Covid lock down is back and who knows when I will be able to make the interviews again. Finish on DS1 is really low quality. I wish I would buy a boom arm instead.
Please let us use the usb c port of the wireless go (receiver) for digital audio out (firmware update?). Too many digital analog conversions are happening on the setup in the video above. Thanks
Check out this blog/video to learn more about using your Wireless GO with your laptop - en.rode.com/blog/all/a-guide-to-using-videomics--wireless-and-lavalier-mics-with-computer-or-mobile-device
Love you guys! I have all this things for my channel and the set up is awesome. Best parts are my videos with the interviewer. 😅 Lovely greetings from Germany. 🔥
Would have been great to have this whole video recorded on the wireless go, to the lave and boom mic overhead… then have the them mounted in the foam to tell the difference…
This setup is a lot simpler with the Wireless GO II. All you need to do is pick up the SC15 (Lightning) or SC16 (USB-C) and connect the Wireless GO II receiver to your smartphone. Then you can attach the transmitters to the Interview GOs.
