Anyone know what the bugs are all about which he mentioned without elaborating on? Two point hospital seems to lack hit boxes, so, building in earthquake prone areas where items constantly become unreachable, because of debris falling underneath every single item, is simply insanity inspiring and not worth it.

I was not expecting to like this game but I downloaded it last night and played for around 3 hours before I fell asleep and it was so much fun. This is the first world builder type game that I've ever liked. I was a fan of The Sims back in the day, but again I was definitely not expecting to like this game this much because normally I only play open world first person shooters, action RPGs and jrpgs, fighting games, and some sports games.

I was looking forward to this one, it sounds really fun and challenging at the same time. The rigid camera movement speed is kind of unexpected, I thought that'd be one of the givens in such a genre, what a pity. Regardless, its pros seem to outweigh the flaws, so I've definitely got my eye on this one! Thanks as always for the review!

I like it. I don’t have a PC only a Mac and I wanted this game, so I got it on Switch. It plays well. I am still on the first campus and haven’t noticed any frame rates dropping or any drag. The loading screen is questionable, but switches loading screen on many games are. I found myself touching the screen to move things and found I could not numerous times. It’s a shame because this the would work well with touch screen. Figuring out the controls took some time but I am getting use to it and getting better. Still adding and deleting things that I don’t want to which upset me, but working on it. I know that this game would be totally better on PC with a mouse, maybe when I get one years from now, I will purchase this game again. I am just happy that its on Switch and I am able to enjoy it.

There is such bad input delay with moving the camera around I can't deal with it, hopefully a patch fixes it.

All I want to know is what buttons do you push to start the academic year? I got stuck in the tutorial because this wasn't clear and I couldn't figure it out.

I click on the left up arrow to drop down the academic classes that you have during summer break. There you can see how many students plan to attend and you can change it if you want plus add class. On the bottom it has start new year. Left toggle over and A to start. Hope that help. I am going off of memory since I don’t have it in front of me. I could have totally blotched it and gave you wrong directions. 🙂

I really enjoyed the original theme hospital in the past but couldn't bring myself to buy the new one. I'm curious if people think getting this is worth it or if it is essentially two point hospital in different packaging.

That seems to be the case, same concept, different skin. Enjoyed two point hospital but the gameplay got old pretty quick and the gameplay too much of a chore, sold my copy after playing for around 10 hours.

I like it much better than two point hospital because of all the different courses and gameplay objects. And you can create buildings and place objects outside.

I purchased this game because it reviewed well. Crashes were mentioned but damn yall these are some game breaking crashes constantly losing my progress. It's a shame too as the core gameplay is in fact incredibly addictive but to be honest I'm done with this game and I'm only on the second school. I definitely would not rate this one as high as it is. This game needs an "all patched up" 100%.

I’ve given up playing it because of the constant crashes. It worked fine in the earlier stages but once you get to the bigger maps, it crashes constantly.

Yeah I tried the advice given above and it still wouldn't stop crashing so I also gave up on this game. Would not recommend it at all.

@@SwitchUpYt From what I've read, the console versions of TPH had "memory issues" that prevented them from porting all DLC. Hopefully whatever issues these were are fixed in this game, and we get all DLC.

I have this on both switch and the Xbox (Gamepass). I find the Switch version a little unresponsive and a bit claustrophobic compared to the xBox version. Not a deal breaker but a shame as the game really lends itself to handheld play.

tip for you just get both and play mix of both or just finish two points hospital before playing two points campus but up to you how you do because I few lots game mix it up lol play bit thus or that if get hook by one oh well plus still working on dragon quest builders 2 my inds worker got back into for help me when I got a copy of the game she loves it when up grade my Nintendo switch up and go online unlock multiplayer to join her hopefully she joins me and I have many more games coming to lmao and lots to keep me busy or to de-stress on my up and down life

4 year ago our life change with hacks from some foreign people calling us on waldo saying on the phone that we need to do something to our computer and ask for to pay for the program and I think they were from delhi india 🇮🇳 and that is when our same computer had mods on the computer and still tbey try calling and my kids said no to those type of people

I love the concept behind this game, but meh, a mini-map seems like it would go a long way when you’re deep into customizing some small detail on campus. Nevertheless, I’m still just surprised that this game seems to work so well on a controller.

@@RobertJohnLora Wasn't rhetorical in the slightest. And made perfect sense. I just can't fathom asking for a mini map on probably one of the smallest games possible. I assumed it had to be a joke I was missing. The suggestion being it's own kind of stupid aside... it's a bit odd that simply not having a mini map (which would make no sense) in this game is what makes you only able to love it in concept. Especially when the execution of that concept is done better than ever. Don't care for your other nonsense about who I am.
