I have my diploma recognised by mebeko, also a french b2 exam and ive been trying to get a job and i dont know why no one would hire me! I've done multiple internships there and have a couple more to go and from my experience it's extremely competitive and that even for Swiss or EU graduates. The only uncompetitive specialties might be psychiatry and internal at a stretch. What concretely makes you say there is a shortage of doctors in Switzerland?
