Scott on the Cold war Motors channel has a few SM's including one he has been restoring for a few years. He knows those cars inside out. With the traveller, you could buy a complete wood kit brand new in the UK and don't use a used oil pump in an A series engine when rebuilding one. They are cheap and old pumps nearly always won't work properly .
Almost like this is the tailer park of the wealthy segment.... urban exploring their abandoned leftovers... The Citroen SM is a great vehicle. The timing of the release just couldn't have been worse. Experiencing one in the flesh being restored to its former glory is a treat. It's the up market version of the DS.
