That’s exactly the right pronunciation, Ed! Nice tips btw. I would create an ArpBud instance with only one step for the first note of the chord and feed it to Kebarp or any bass app. You can also create multiple steps on ArpBud and tap the step number on top to mute the step for introducing rests and creating rhythms quickly.
