It has rained non stopped for three days now, we really needed the rain so not complaining, but it seems that there is lots more coming, lots of floods everywhere, I live on the Caribbean side of the Yucatan península.

Good afternoon Brian. At noon here in la peña it is 85°F with cloudy skies. Yesterday we got a real frog-gagger of a rainstorm here so I can report we got 2.5” of rain in the rain gauge when all was said and done. Parts of my yard looked like a swimming pool could have been there. It was the worst storm I’ve experienced in the 8 months I’ve been here. Thanks for all your hard work Brian. Just today a tropical warning for us here in Trinidad and Tobago came up as a memory for me on Facebook from 7 years ago. It was simply called potential tropical cyclone 2. Enjoyed the rains yesterday, even through the street to where I work flooded, hopeful for some more rain today. Thank you for everything Brian.

Just after you posted this video, Alberto has been named by the NHC! I believe they're expecting 50mph peak and a landfall near Tampico. Flood threats MAY still be possible from Guatemala and Belize up to at least Houston in Texas. The ATL season has now kicked off. Continue to do your great work!
