TENERIFE on a Benelli 

We went on a "proper" holiday! The first one of my adult life!! No tents and we set off on a plane rather than a motorbike! We had a week on Tenerife. Luckily it wasn't all Aperol Spritz and lounging around. We hired a bike for a couple of days to explore the island. Our first bike was a Benelli TRK 502 which seemed ten times older than its age. It rattled itself to bits and the indicators stopped working, not the safest when being surrounded by other tourists who are paying more attention to the scenery than the roads. Motomundo, who we hired the bike from, were quick to swap it for a Benelli Leoncino 500 and we carried on exploring.
I really enjoyed our wee break on Tenerife and would recommend it to anyone wanting a wee winter holiday in the sun.
