I over ate, never tracked, got fat. I ate less, tracked everything (even the cheat meals so the occasional fluctuation made sense) I'm losing weight. Simple
Mental that it's so hard for people to wrap their head around. Over-eat, get fat. No problem if you're happy, but if you're not and you want to loose weight - don't over-eat. Stop blaming others.
People in the comments not realising that yes 'there are some minor effects of genetics and gut difference' but the MAJOR effect is CALORIES. YOU CAN'T MAGIC CAKE INTO YOUR BODY!!!!!!
