This is an older quest battle so the AI here is horribly broken. The orks will almost never come down the hill to attack you and your allies form a big ball of troops that won't actually do anything until enemies come into attack range. Easiest way to win is to bring plenty of long ranged artillery and bombard the orks from afar. You'll miss a lot of shots because of the steep incline, but fighting the orks uphill in a direct assault is pretty painful otherwise. If you use all your artillery ammunition before attacking them it'll be an easy fight however.
