txt never disappoint, every song they release is absolutely perfection and just truly unique ???? their ep for this is amazing, their song “fairy of shampoo” is a remake from the hit song in the 90’s ‪by Light and Salt which one of the members (yeonjun) helped reproduce and even write his rap for the song. loved the reaction guy!!

It has a mixture of MJ’s “Dirty Diana” and Ariana Grande’s “Bad Idea” guitar riff during the verses. It’s so good!

The mini album is DEFINITELY worth a listen. They have a performance video for Fairy of Shampoo and a teaser just dropped for PUMA so we're about to get another M/V.

Yeah you lost me when you talked about MF. She has indeed worked with Bighit for a while, however she does not have a professional posture at all. She has claimed she wrote entire songs, made Sulli's suicide about herself on instagram and so on. Also, if you're gonna talk about the songwriters, it'd be nice if you guys could mention the others too. She didn't produce/write the track all by herself. Yeah, you can praise her for her contribution, but it'd be cool if you guys could address it properly, mentioning everyone else that has worked on the track. I know you interviewed her (saw from the comments), but these things she has done were either on social media or past interviews (BWL era). We just don't give her so much attention anymore. And, for the record, Pddog, Slow Rabbit and other producers that have worked with Bighit not even ONCE claimed a song was only theirs. :)

I know you guys weren't aware of the issues fans had with Melanie so I'm not going to blast you or anything. Just know any song that BigHit basically buys from a songwriter is usually for the melody and if they can use it the hook. Because they have to change the lyrics to fit what they want to express and write most of it in Korean. So it goes through several people and changes. So when all those people don't get credit especially since I guarantee not one person is assuming that woman suddenly learned Korean to write Boy with Luv, really upset everyone. Hope you can understand why so many fans were upset by her disregard.

We are very aware of the reason some people are mad. I (Dame Diddy) knows very well how the industry works. We did a whole interview with her. She talked about collaborating with other people at big hit working together to make songs. If you write a melody your a writer on the song bottom line. That don’t take away from anyone else that helped write on the song. If I said “Shout our to Jermaine Dupri for writing We Belong Together” that ain’t s dis to Mariah and all the other writers. I wanna acknowledge someone that’s work ethic I like. Bts is probably working with her on their next record. They gave no issue with this. People should let it go. Move on and enjoy the music. Their way more important things to worry about.

The Report Card Podcast she was heavily implying that she was strongly involved in writing bwl, which could be a misunderstanding, but it got to the point where even namjoon made a subtle comment about how little she was involved in the song. i don’t think they were happy with her either.

We have been bothered by melanie these days so i gotta ramble here a little since you mentioned her 😂You know what our problem is with melanie? It's been years since bts made it into us industry, and they have amazing in-house poc writers that worked with them for years, no one asks them questions and no article were written on them. When bts goes to usa for promotions t😆the best questions they get are like "what's your favourite english word" we are already annoyed by how the us industry doesn't respect their artistry, they don't seem to be interested in their songwriting process till they can attribute it to a white industry insider like melanie. Melanie has multiple articles written on herself with titles like "women behind the success of bts" I respect her share in the credits and we usually interact with bts collaborators very positively however the way melanie promotes her work with bts and other kpop groups isn't really it

Lool did M. F. come to you guys about how she "wrote" this song? This woman is a major appropriator, she likes to do interviews and claim all the credits for songs when her contribution is just one out of many other producers. ARMY can attest to that with receipts. Please don't gas her up even more than necessary 😑 ETA: I wrote this comment before you mentioned you did an interview with her...as expected she pulled that act again 🙄

@@TRCReactions humm you read the credit but somehow managed to reiterate that SHE wrote the song, that's misleading. And it's not about "not liking her" please 🙄 it's about recognizing everyone's participation on a track without attributing all the merit to oneself. I wish you had at least looked it up before coming back with your asinine answer.

@@stephyworld8713 not defending MF, but it's hilarious to me how army will attack her all day with the excuse of "her contribution being just one out of many other producers" while at the same time going all over the internet and trying to say the boys write and produce every song all by themselves, as though Pdogg and Slow Rabbit etc don't exist. she's not right. delulu armys aren't right. and they can't have their cake and eat it too. I'd be a lot less suspicious of the whole ~anti MF~ movement if I knew the fandom actually gave a flying shit about any writer or producer outside of the boys themselves.

@@TRCReactions It's not that she doesn't like her, Melanie Fontana has a history of claiming she wrote entire BTS songs like Boy with Luv in interviews without even mentioning or crediting the other Bighit songwriters (who actually wrote and produced the majority of the song, not Melanie) and acting like she wrote parts of the song that she didn't. It's not like anyone is spreading lies or trying to defame her, these are facts.

Best comeback ever. They are the best and each song is unique. ❤️ Please review the whole album, they are insane monster rookies and have great storyline (much more complicated) so I recommend watching some theories about it to understand. ❤️💗💯

I don't think y'all should be putting the entire credit on Melanie fontana when it was slow rabbit and other producers who worked on this song who did the most work. Melanie fontana did only a small part, just like with bts she only wrote the 'oh my my' part of the song while RM wrote most of the entire song and that women tried to take the entire credit of BTS's song and said that she made it and white media outlets just went along with her BS even though she was called out multiple times over it. Girly barely does sh*t and like the colonizer blood she comes from tries to take all the credit.

@@TRCReactions Please. I really like you guys and I have been watching from the beginning when you guys watched the 1 video related to Korean music. Don't say that you didn't say that she wrote the song alone because you just took the time to talk about her and praise her work ... she gave you an interview, great. Good for you. But that doesn’t make her the only song composer and you quote her constantly as if only she had done the song is already wrong. If you saw that it wasn’t just her, the minimum was to say that she AND the other composers, put at least "et al" as a reference

@@TRCReactions yes, there is a way. Namjoon explicitly specified who did what in his Vlive about the album but the girlie still had the audacity to claim the song as hers. She wrote a very brief part of the melody and "oh my my my" hook, that's it. In this song probably as well just a few English words are hers. You appreciate her because she did an interview with you? Great. But don't hype it up like those songs are her creation because it DID sound like that coming from you. ARMYs don't like her. We know her work and her entitlement. Been there, done that.

Look at the credits the most credit is given to slow rabbit and hitman bang etc she's at the bottom of the barrel. Every comeback RM always does a live explaining how each song was made and who took part in what or what they added to the songs and that's for every songs in every album. We already know what she did. She's been called out multiple times with receipts for her BS. This isn't something new. Stop acting like u know a lot when u don't.

Woah, MF? Not to be a downer, but she's only claimed to write songs that broke records, such as BWL, and most recently, Sweet Night by V. Both she and her husband, along with their manager, have claimed to have written Sweet Night - and catch this - entirely in English and then sent it to BigHit so that they'd translate it to Korean, even though - gasp with me - Sweet Night IS in English. So that's a red flag right there. I'm sure you're very aware, but by only mentioning MF rather than the rest of the contributors and producers and the rest of the team (like Slow Rabbit, "Hitman" Bang, Supreme Boi, to name a few), you're tying their success to MF when she ONLY popped up and claimed whole ass songs after they weren't just succesful, but broke records. It's disappointing to hear the words "she wrote this," implying she wrote these hits by herself, when in actuality, she's written only a portion of these songs or contributed a part of the melody.
