To me, what separates Abel from the others is his delivery. Whenever artist want to deliver vulgar lyrics they try to do the most. Always excessive. Abel’s delivery is calm, confident, like he knows he doesn’t need to come off as aggressive to get his point across. The softness in Abel’s voice is also inviting and reassuring. Where as an aggressive delivery gives off a vibe that you’re trying to make up for something you can’t give.

So to explain. Yall are partly right. Yea this songs about being explicit ,sexual degrading but also its about calling a girls bluff. See When a guy has money/ status like the weeknd girls tend to flirt and brag in order to get into parties,get gifts money etc.this is about explicitly letting the girl knows what he expects .
