Really goes to show the current high level players are way too stuck in with meta and counter-meta. Even Harstem thought TY was playing bad, but no, it's just been that long since an OG Terran Mech kicked the tires on the pro course.
TY clowned on classic, holy moly. Classic also doing a great job firing disruptors and just killing/damaging his own stuff;. Love to see it. TY looking a bit rusty, but still solid.
Harstem, you should know that there is no way TY is 5800mmr if he plays seriously. 100% trolling and derping on the ladder and getting actual practice in in private games.
12:48 first time i ever seen a pro built aggressive shield bats and only 2, while T already built 10+ turrets to cover the same fights.... maybe 10 static instead sacrificing another 10 zealots. also T is so ridiculess, doesnt need to scout, doesnt matter they lose 20 workers 1/3 off their count, doesn't matter they are building what is already countered etc... its just stupid
TYTY probably just bails on games that he knows he's won or games with people whose mmr is too low to be interesting or something and ends up bleeding mmr all over the place
imagine receiving the ultimate gift of a terran voluntarily playing mech and without ghosts on top and still lose. except for sentries there is literally nothing protoss could build that would lose
you should be permanently banned from all tournaments for win trading if you play z or p and you lose 1 game to a terran. the terrans reached a point where in tvp they were going all in on 1 base because they had no late game...that has only become WORSE over several patches since that era...yet amazingly protoss are still losing on purpose and crying on the forums about imbalance. the terrans are designed to fight terrans from their creation till today they are ONLY designed to fight terrans.. that is why the dog shit unit known as the siege tank got an even shittier clone in void... and what unit was the liberator designed to counter...not lurkers they burrow instantly fire and run away before it sieges...or it gets hooked in from outside its range by a viper.. not anything protoss they just kill it with tempest before it sieges. it was designed to counter siege tanks.

As a professional player, mistakes like having 6k minerals and no gas while your THIRD still has full gasses, is REALLD bad. Classic is expected, as one of the highest level tosses to play exceptionally well. He did not. He lost and there were PLENTY of opportunities for him to fix his play but he didn't. Pretty simple.
obviously classic response on mech is so awful, you cannot mass carrier against TY's battlecruiser , you need mixture of void rays and tempest and carriers, by the time he realised void ray importance, too late, no gas left and only managed to build a few
There actually is no protoss unit good against BC. carriers are especially trash. They aren't good against a single terran unit that has anti air. Can't even beat pure raven. Maybe pure ghost, I never checked that one.
@@AntiDoctor-cx2jd there is, void rays are good against BC and one important thing is you cannot let a mech farm its way to get mass BC, classic is not aggressive enough while against TY, take a look at Maru's against TY, Maru won't let TY turtle comfortly and keep pressure him, and in the end Maru is the one switched to Mass BC and TY tap out
@@teeee8534 Voidrays are not good against BCs. You can at the very least test it yourself in the Unit Tester before saying. You're right Classic is not agressive enough tho, he pretty much had the worst response possible after figuring out TY is going turtle mech(which was already pretty late)
@@todung7033 not quite, its because same numbers of BC with void rays, of course void rays are bad if same numbers, classic let him farm all the way up to making BC , void ray dont need high tech to make while BC need quite a bit tech tree, by the time BC spawned, void rays number shouldve more than BC its easily pressure him, but classic went for mass carrier instead, which is so wrong against mech terran, mech terran will smash protoss either mass BC or mass thor, its no solution for these two builds..i fought many mech terran before and know every aspect of it, what is their strength and weakness
Dear protoss, stop building disruptors, they sofa king suck. Maybe a very niche use of sniping ghosts, which would take about 2 disruptors, anything extra is wasted. Get more colossus instead.
