Tycoon Amina Hersi's Atiak Sugar factory to get 24 billion from government

Government is set to give an extra 24 billon shillings to Atiak Sugar factory in Amuru district. According to the Minster of Trade Amelia Kyambadde, government had offered to assist the struggling factory because it had the potential to improve the livelihoods of thousands of people in the area.
The owners of Atiak Sugar factory have also called upon outgrowers who are owed money to be patient because they would soon be paid

Because she would have to take from their land and produce in somalia which would be more money and leave less money for the africans who lived on that land.

Who is the real owner of this factory? The way locals land was grabbed, the way money is being injected. Not a loan but given 24billion

We can't u revive agriculture. It can employ most of the population, the educated and uneducated. The youth and old. Revive coffee farming and vanilla. The 2 agricultural products are still expensive on the world market.

Yeah but will you sell finished or just what you grow? Making finished product and sell it to the world is the key of getting out poverty. Otherwise they will sell your product as finished product to you
