Why does it feel like her post partum is being blamed for his choice to cheat in the beginning of this video? I understand the discussion that her not being open to share about the depression she was experiencing after birth, but cheating is still an individual choice...the beginning few minutes of this video felt kind of cringy ... But it's beautiful that they are sharing and helping others walk through hard discussions like this that aren't always so openly shared in church settings.

What I heard was she was dealing with PPD on her own and was not sharing what was happening with her. He perceived that time as she was pushing him away and not wanting to be with him. So, the lack of communication about how they were feeling in those times caused division and opened up the door for cheating.

This was a good interview. What's sad is how easy it is for a man to lack self-control when it's not about him. I am happy you all were able to overcome this. Lack of self-control was not the woman's issue though. That is a heart posture issue. Staying power makes you push through despite being pushed away.

I love this.I chose to surrender my relationship to God when I went through offence. I felt his anointing and presence during that season and heard him speak to me during that and Tye when I heard my flesh burning in pride I listened to your song"The devil thought he had me" and now we are HAPPILY MARRIED.Doing it Gods way is the only way.Thank you for this!!!!

Being young and married back in the 90's you did not have good therapy or spiritual counseling. We were left to figure it out. I held on to God but many did not make it. 1 being my Minster husband and I was so angry with him as well as pity him that I left him because it was going to bring me down. I always told people the truth that it was repairable but my selfishness was too big! Thankful by God's grace and mercy we are friends but married to different people, so we see the manifestation that were not soulmates but was suppose to be connected for the Kingdom's sake.✝

Thanks for this video. The part that touches me the most came for Tye. God knew you'll go back to your wife but HE didn't want you to GO BACK THE SAME. HE needs to change you to the original image before HE sends you back in. Thanks ever soooooooo much

Wowwwwwww! Glory be to God! I had a dream about a year ago where God told me He would bring my prodigal back and we would get married! And an angel said to me in the dream "that’s why your knee hurt now! Now wake up!" And I woke up. God was talking to me about Jacob but I didn’t get it! I believe when Almighty God has ordained the union/marriage, we are to treasure and protect this gift He has so graciously given. We must always remember that the union/marriage is for HIS purpose(s) and for HIS Glory and so in our obedience and love for the Father we must humbly and sincerely (as it says in His Word) seek guidance from His Holy Spirit to lead us on the path of reconciliation and healing --- individually, as well as together. Philippians 4:6-7(CEV): Don't worry about anything, but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God. Then, because you belong to Christ Jesus, God will bless you with peace that no one can completely understand. And this peace will control the way you think and feel.

Praise God! 🎉 A pastor that tells the truth. Its very hard to be so transparent, because of what people may think. Pastors are not perfect. Thank you for this. This needs to be talked about more. I've been a fan for a long time, and i just saw this. However, i dont feel any different towards Tye. His ministry has always blessed my life. Shante is absolutely gorgeous, love her. This information has blessed me, and my marriage. God Bless this union. ❤❤❤

It’s that the women have children and we are going through a lot in the process mentally and physically but the only thing the man thinks about is well oh we are connecting maybe I will go meet my needs elsewhere smh and your wife is suffering not knowing or understanding what is going with in herself and the man just abandons you is beyond me. I suffered silently all while he cheerfully said she is a trooping for suffering with postpartum and suicidal with NO HELP NOT A FAMILY MEMBER NOT A FRIEND NOT EVEN THE PERSON I THOUGHT SHOULD BE THERE FOR Me, but if I didn’t listen to him talk about his day and what everyone on his crew did that day or who they did that weekend after the bar then I was the bad guy. All this while postpartum well he has to have all his needs met but I don’t have anyone. Sometimes I wish I never listened to my pastor on getting married . I wanted to honor god and receive his blessing but maybe staying single and raising a child on my own would have been better than suffering for years.

This was good. I appreciate this video...I am currently going through and attack on my marriage (infidelity) it this is a very hard season for me. How do I keep fighting the good fight for my marriage when I have lost my husband to the world. He says he wants this marriage but we are currently separated and I am the one who knows God, not him...is it even worth it to pray and fight at this point...when I'm the only one doing it? I'm so confused 😕

Keep praying.. the holy spirit will help you . Some separation is not for the bad but to see a bigger purpose of your marriage and why you need to fight for it. It takes separation to see how important that person is to u. Don't loose that soul. Go for him in prayers and declaration. He will come home

Jesus gave his life for us so that we could have eternal life. We receive forgiveness for our sins and we won't have to spend eternity in hell, because Jesus paid the price for us. He gave his life for us. Ask Jesus to forgive your sins and believe that his death covers all your sins. Tell Jesus you accept his gift of eternal life. Now you are saved.
