"Thou shall not commit adultery..." The 7th commandment in the 10 commandments - and the commandment that takes you into the privacy of the bedroom. This message talks about how to heal if you've been betrayed, how to heal if you have failed personally in this area, and how the ultimate faithfulness we desire to see can be found in Jesus.

I was betrayed and brokenhearted so badly. I've been healing, with prayer and trusting God. I was so angry and wanted to take revenge but soon realized vengeance is Gods and he will repay for those who came between my marriage and will be well deserved, but i learned to forgive, repent, but havent forgotten. I've given it to the Lord and am thankful for my children who live with me. In Gods timing, he will lead me if it's his will, i long for a godfearing woman! If not, God, im still thankful for everything gone on in my life that molded me into the man you needed me to be!

The permanence view actually encourages adultery by removing the punishment for it instituted by Jesus Christ Himself. There are two exception clauses, in Matthew 19:9 and in Matthew chapter five verse 32, and you CANNOT REMOVE THOSE VERSES FROM THE BIBLE. They are there to MAKE CERTAIN THAT MARRAIGES ARE BOTH HOLY AND UNDEFILED. In the Bible days, the penalty for immorality was the death penalty. If the adulterer was stoned to death, the innocent party was not also stoned to death, and would be free to remarry. Adultery is serious business to God, and defiles a marriage. If the adulterer is rewarded for their actions by no penalty for immoral behavior, immoral behavior is encouraged, and accepted as a normal part of a marriage. The unconscionable acceptance of adultery in marriage that is promoted by the permanence doctrine's removal of the exceptions instituted by Jesus Christ Himself are an abomination to God, making a mockery of holiness in marriage by forcing an innocent spouse to "put up with" adultery on the part of a betraying, lying, deceiving, and unfaithful cheating spouse.

@susanmelcher1965 thank you! We all need prayers and faith. God is just and having my children live with me while my wife is out doing things committing sins with other men is on her, and God is not mocked. For what one reaps, they will also sow from it

@BennettJonWayne-xw9vi What you have written here is well done. I feel it should be framed and put up in work places, churches, anywhere for all to see. Adultery is so common place. It's even encouraged, and hidden in even the church. No one wants to say anything. Yet, it seems many want/expect that those betrayed once, or several times should just take it as acceptable and go on. Adultery is very hurtful and damaging. Does anyone truly ask why God gave the command?
@sfernandez2002
@sfernandez2002 2 месяца назад
@ebest1338 Unfortunately, people won't ask why God gave commands for marriages, adultery, etc. Sad reality is we live in a world where, as you said, it's excepted even though courts don't view it as most important to punish the cheater and for that it's an abomination to God the father. God has blessed me with my daughter recently to live with me and my 2 sons! The devil doesn't rest, and the battle isn't over either, so I ask everyone to pray for me and my children to be guarded and that God stops any evil that comes against us. Thank you for the kind comment!

Jesus forgives however he told the woman at the stoning Go and sin no more. We have to confess our sins He is righteous and just however we have to repent from our sin and are instructed to life holy lives

This has changed my view on sex by so much. I know what sacrifice I have to make thanks to you. I don't want to date my girl no more bc were long distance and I was waiting till we have sex to break up. I know that I was wrong for even thinking of doing something like this. I will take this message to consideration and do what's right.

Please read Exodus 22:16. Fornication is when a woman marries a man who didn't take her virginity. Thank you!
@silverdragoneyes4828
@silverdragoneyes4828 21 день назад
Fornication is any kind of sexual act outside of marriage. This includes masturbation. Not 100% sure it includes kissing. Doesn't matter if it's done by a man or a woman. KJB Exodus 22:16 "And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife." The verse is stating that if a man charms a single woman into sex, then he should make her his wife.

How did Eve cheat? With Satan you mean? Would that justify cheating in a marriage?
