ShizZaLinGus he means he has a good side and a bad side, 50/50 which both make him. but he's selling his good side as in, his conscious, morals, and heart for the gold as in riches, women, anything you could possibly buy with money, and his bad side has now taken over which is the reason why he is so successful so he would rather have a sold soul and spend an eternity in fire, in order to live the life that he chooses. which most people in today's day and age would do the same thing if they got to live the way he does, cause moral's in the mainstream no longer exist. and everybody is brainwashed by this mentality. that's what i think it means.

The way he comfortably and easily spits the entire verse with no stuttering or pauses clearly shows this was pre-rehearsed. Anyone who raps or knows alot about the art of it can tell just from his mannerisms and how he delivers the verse
