Most all of the so called country singer heard on the radio today all sound the same. They are sing of drinkin and partying. No style .Cookie cutter. Tyler comes out and sings and blows you away. A voice that is different than the others. Excellent version.

Finally, a high quality live recording of Tyler singing this song. It’s such a beautiful song and his voice is perfect for it. This song makes me think of an ex who I still love and miss. Tyler, i have a rule, i don't let anyone hurt me like this unless they're willing to ... i dunno ... give me some aftercare! lol good god.The best rendition of this i've ever heard and this is in my top 5 favorite country songs of all time. I've loved plenty renditions but his is so raw. Strips away all the schmultz and just honors the desperation of what being in the place this song depicts actually feels like. It's not pretty, it's pain and my god he honors that. Also, enough cannot be said about the instrumentation in this. Absolute relentless! A savage attack on the feels.
