@@MegaGoonnigga Or happy, he might have never been where he is now without that drive. ( just speculation ) He was still talented in his core but it did stimulate him to say F*ck m and do his own stuff.
“9th grade they wouldn’t let me join band class because I couldn’t read music, but I still had the passion; and I’m on two instruments now, picking up a third.” *iconic*
@@staigenerator2949 i commented when the news of them not talking just came out ik they are talking again still makes you think why he would do that tho
Remember in the song GOBLIN when Tyler didn't think he'd live up to anything? I fucking love how he proved everyone wrong. (Himself included) Such an inspiration
Not Good, Well it depends on what “one of” means. He’s definitely one of the most innovative hip hop figures of the 2010’s, but i don’t think he’ll be remembered the way people like kanye or kendrick will.
krasj bandikut its a fact that he will. Wether you followed him or haven't, him and OF but especially him, created a tidal wave of influence in the early 2010's. It seemed every kid and their brother wanted to have a crew like OF and be like tyler. It didnt seem apparent then but looking back it was true and still is today. Hes grown 1000% as an artist since his early music and still has time and room to influence the generations to come. Point being hes definitely going in the history books whenever that time is.
bolt you can’t really call it a classic yet. It’s only been out for like 2 years. If it’ll be remembered like a classic then i’m a lucky boy, cause i’ve got it on vinyl.
The work you’ve been putting out these last few years especially has been such an inspiring force for me and I really appreciate it. This is much deserved. Congratulations 🤘🏻
He always had a bit of his current sound. For example, Untitled 63 from the deluxe version of Goblin. He had the jazzy sound he later did more with on WOLF. Even with the dark tone of his early music, he was always leading up to what we see now.
@Evrett Sobaski Bc I'm saying Tyler is better than a stepson, which is what he called himself; I have absolutely no malice for stepsons. Read carefully.
"And if you want to give me compliments, I'm sitting at that table" 😂😂😂 Tyler's honesty and humor and charisma is what makes him so entertaining and his music so great. I'm happy to see him receive such an award, cause I grew up watching him grow up. From early OF days to now, what a change. Damn.
The part I love about Tylers music the most is that it has always feels uncompromised. The dude bends to no trend and always makes what he wants, I think that's what makes his music so special. It always feels fresh and original, every song (even the not so good ones) are all apart of him and his style, I love that it never feels like he's selling out at any point. Hope he always stays true to himself and continues because every album just keeps getting better and better.
He probably didn’t have a psychical speech prepared but he probably had gone over what he wanted to say and what points to address before hand. And just freestyled off those ideas
I’m so happy for Tyler. He’s made such a long way and his progress is absolutely amazing. He deserves all of it. He’s one step closer to winning that Grammy ❤️
All I can think of the entirety of Tyler’s speech is that video of him crip walking on a broken sidekick with drop it like it’s hot playing in the background. Our boy’s come along way
I know this sounds mad corny but tyler is a constant inspiration to me and my life is a lil better bcs I got to see his journey and art. THANK U TYLER🙏🏽
