I have the exact opposite problem. I can't settle on a champion but I've been playing the game on and off for years so my game knowledge is pretty high. My mechanics are pretty terrible, so I'm stuck in gold.
Its 50/50 acting I've got an associates in psycology. He raged twice. Once was a hard rage, but he kept it under control. The first and the soft rage, was also the one that lost him this 1v1 was when he was asked how tall he was. Although this is just the opinion of a college level psychologist.
