You are making it sound like this is some big accomplishment . Beating Malenia with a powerful meta build is something your average player could certainly do , your glazing goes a little too hard not gonna lie .
Saw a lot of people saying he wouldn’t get this far clearly they don’t watch T1 the psychopath, he’s one of the only humans on earth to become basically GM level in chess in what 2 years? After never have played
people saying full build strenght are the only way to play the game if you want to be considered " good " The guy dies in 5 hits, doesnt get staggered and does a shit ton of damage per hit staggers the boss in 3 hits
@Shuraig7 he is overlvled, has the heaviest armour (barely takes dmg) and perma staggers and spams weapon art. good on him for beating it but let's not pretend he didn't use almost every clutch available and still doesn't get a lot of basic mechanics
didnt realize how viable heavy armor, 200 vigor, heavy weapon, and just brute forcing thru is. my dumbass spent so much time learning boss movesets, and for what.
Going from only league for years into playing elden ring blind , one of the hardest games even by soulslike standards and completing it in 3 days. Cinema
@@clique7386 they are all pretty much the same. the only game that is extremely easy when it comes to bosses is demons souls, cuz it was the first of the series and the bosses barely even do anything.
@@big4Limamember level 125 is not that high at haligtree area lol, it's normal level for such an endgame area and I think big T also beat radagon and elden beast prior to this.
@@alexanderstewart6587 t1 still did good and its not his fault but this radahn got nerfed to the ground. he used to have a borderline undodgable move - im talking, the window between start up and damage frame is faster than you can physically input roll even if you react on FRAME 1 and EVEN IF you roll you still get hit. Along with 6 million other hitbox and damage nerfs. So dont get me wrong, he did amazing and is better than 95% of chat but the boss he beat is a shell of its former self.
by the end game you should be using heavy armour since at 40 endurance you should be able to role good even with heavy armour. Why wouldn't you have 60 vit by the time you're fighting malenia or consort raddhan, if you are soloing, not using a broken build or ash of war these things are what makes them manageable. It's the ash of war on his weapon that's broken, gives him a stagger every 2-3 hits and when shes staggered he can get another hit off while she recovers or it gives him a free heal window basically enabled him to trade with the boss
@@epic1053 don't try to tell me how you should play, I went to level 200 and I had to spread out my points more to use magic, melee builds are way simpler to make because you only need 3 stats really
@@darkphoenix2 So you went to almost double tyler1's level but you are complaining about he plays. I think if you saw an actual recording of how you played, you would be shocked at how bad you look.
@@darkphoenix2 The funny things is you are complaining about how tyler plays and got so defensive from me explaining to you , how most the things tyler is doing is normal. You are the one telling someone how to play I am defending them but have a room temp IQ and are too blind to see it.
@@epic1053 Where did I complain about how he plays? His playing style is literally the definition of brute force so I pointed it out. Get his nuts out of your mouth, I can't understand you.
I've only played Dark souls 1 and 2, isn't it bad to stay locked on with heavy slow hitting weapons? like at 2:30 wouldn't it be easier and more comfortable to dodge the attacks and counter without being locked on? In Dark Souls 2 when a boss stats an animation you could run to a spot where their animation would never hit and just r1 away
easier? no! more comfortable? depends? on player. Not using lock on can be slightly more beneficial but needs near perfect camera management to do so. that's like the final step of "getting good" that most people dont need to use to get thru the game. marginal is the benefit, much more execution for that margin.
Unlocked is better for multiple enemies, otherwise almost always you should lock on. Malenia is weak to poise breaking too so it makes little sense to risk missing her with an unlocked swing.
Dont understand the appeal of these games. It's for the fighting supposedly, but how is the fighting innovative if the enemies cant animation cancel when an attack is very obviously going to miss? Pretty immersion breaking. Not anymore special than other combat systems.
Tbf he isnt even overleveled by that much :D. Most casual players rune farm like shit and still have to use mimic to beat her. Lion's claw poise spam is pretty meta but still he could have done alot worse.
@@gatetodeath8698 Wtf are you on about? A colossal weapon/sword's main job is to stagger an enemy continuously. Tyler1 played aggressively and used his weapon to his advantage.
@@Intoxicated4768Bro i watched his stream for years i know what im talking about his 5 role challenger challenge made his game knowledge super good but he is nowhere near any mechanical player he is not even the best draven on na and he played the f out of that champ for a decade
@5MaTu5 yeah my first playthrough I did the ghost summon thingy. And it was Def harder than this. Especially since my vigor was at 10 xD. Now I'm just doing lvl 1 playthrough with no summons, so the lack of dmg is rough.
Saw a lot of people saying he wouldn’t get this far clearly they don’t watch T1 the psychopath, he’s one of the only humans on earth to become basically GM level in chess in what 2 years? After never have played
He is nowhere near GM , are you insane , don't get me wrong his progress is impressive but GM you are meat riding too hard , he will never get close to it . Also beating ER is not some godlike achievement , he died almost a 1k times he isn't some prodigy at the game by any means . He beat it without summons which is great but so did many of us as well . This is some mad glazing Jesus .......
Skipped duo gargoyle, Astel, adula, placidusax, elemer, fortissax, black blade kindred, and almost half the dlc bosses. Also did zero quests for dlc and base game and ended up with the default ending (then complained the ending cutscene was bland) and didn’t even get all map fragments for both dlc and base game which resulted in missing entire areas. Skipped almost every miniboss as well (erdtree and putrid avatars, deathbirds, gaol bosses, drakes and ancient dragons, bears, crucible knights, etc.), and skipped all dlc dungeons and almost all mausoleums (only did blackgaol knight). But surely he played the game normally and didn’t try his best to rush a 20k sub marathon! My prodigious intellectual king T1 maxed vigor and armour, spammed L2 (lions claw), abused summons and breezed thru the game, truly the goat! Honestly don’t care how he played the game, just feel bad for the people who actually spent money for this shtty play through lmao 😅😂
This was probably the best he played all stream. This and also the fight he beats Consort Radahn, when he finally starts dodging shit instead of facetanking everything. It was really frustrating seeing him not learn to dodge and just trade hits and then wondering why some bosses are taking hundreds of attempts. But gotta respect the hustle, he actually stuck with it to the end and didn't quit.
Ye high strenght build is busted. Went high strength on my first playthrough cause I heard how easy magic/blood is, second playthrough I wanted to try how magic is and it legit felt harder than Strenght 🤣🤣
