@@mrdisklow It wasnt even miss use of power. he just asked in the discord server with all the people in the league partner program if nubracs behaviour (griefing) is bannable or if he can report him (There were screenshots taken from the discord where you can see the discussion) and Riot just acted because they usually act fast if on of their streamers gets trolled, griefed oder is complaining about snipers etc. So its not a miss use...he was given that power and riot listens.

If you leave the weakest early game lane with hardest scaling, that lane will 100% loose or at least loose cs. Now, you are 'supporting' other lanes so they should get the lead right? Well, again, you are playing teemo with no cc and any other 1v1 champ have usually in built scapes in their kits for ganks. Now you have a chance to get a lead to your new supporting lane, as if the enemy scapes you don't get the lead. Plus you will 100% loose XP as you are leeching it, so if you don't manage to get the lead you are even harming 2 lanes all by yourself. Now explain me how is this no griefing? Don't ever call this off meta. Off meta its my Zac top into bruisers and tanks cuz I can survive and even kill witu reverted ult. I'm wondering if this wouldn't be an intressting strat with Blitz, you get the exp advantage after zoning the 3 cs. So you would have your Q E combo up before the enemy does. In reverse, what if your the tank support & let the adc zone midlane and than let him return with the exp advantage.
Ahri had a lead before Tyler ran it down mid. Tyler’s nonexistent influence bot got his ad a juicy half the ash’s cs with no game influence at all. That alone was enough to start sinking his team.
Reason might be that Teemo snowballs pretty well later in the game if he can get a couple kills also the mushrooms (if they are placed well) can help poke enemies as well as minions. He’s also scary lol, whenever I see one appear out of nowhere I crap myself.
People need to understand that when you do something out of the ordinary, most people don't know how to respond to it, you take them out of their comfort zone and they panic. When they panic they are more prone to fuck up, this is called winning the psychological war. It's also very effective to use your emotes to troll the enemy, people do this already. If you combine both techniques, you are doing serious harm to them without outscaling them, buying items or having a level advantage.

Valentino Aguiar the only reason riot hasnt uplifted nubracs ban is because they say he took laners cs and griefed that way for no other reason his strategy is approved by riot some idiot rioter hasnt even watched the game and says nubrac stole cs which he did not unless the laner was back which is not bannable junglers or supports are allowed to cs when a laner is not in lane or itll go to waste.
tzz1 21 except he wasn’t trolling,Yasou and many others have called him out for trolling but nothing came of it. Why? Because Nubracs strategy was valid and he didn’t harbour the intention to throw the game like NB3 did in his game. The only reason Nubrac was punished was because NB3 reached out to riot and used every method possible to get him banned. Like for real he was banned for following high profile streamers to troll them when you can clearly watch his vods and he plays the same strategy every game with no changes.
What people don't understand is that most mid laners are XP dependent champions that thrive on being higher level than the enemy and most adcs are ITEM dependent champions so they need support to get to their item spikes, (obviously this is not for every champion but most). This strategy directly goes against that and will put your team behind more often than not.
Km4rt Kid sivir has amazing waveclear and is a secure lane just like ezreal could easily solo lane with a perma freeze but she gave up thats an actual cause for report and a reportable act nubrac did nothing wrong
@@titanacademy1392 you cant perma freeze in a 1v2 lane, they can just zone you off whenever youre not under tower, and shove the minions under tower, or freeze the minions near their tower if you try to push, and zone you off exp.

nobody EVER said that roaming supports were bannable, its just when you have him mid 100% of the game and leaving bot to be zoned 1v2. t1 was bot most of the game.

How about not playing teemo and ez. They have no wave clear, had to farm under tower so being poked down is unavoidable. And they have a eve jung that basically can't make anything happen before 6
