Because they make u feel bad when u do or they feel like you're lying like the one who do it all the time. Once I say the word sick, the conversation is over, don't question me. My manager got a piece of my mind for doing that and it was only the 2nd day I missed for the yr. I only missed 2 days last yr

Exactly, if any schedule tells me I'm off at 2 then you best believe my ass is going to clock out at 2. It isn't my fault that other people are slacking.
TBH I hope "The Ethicals" are taking care of themselves, I've seen too many work their asses off, only to come down with life-threatening diseases. Best believe they are replaced the minute they exceed those sick days, years of service be damned.

I'm definitely "the ethical" one, I was filling in and working for people who were calling off at both of my jobs. Which got me fed up because I was working 70-85 hrs a week but I'm not doing this shit no more, time to take care of myself.
I am 100% the “one shifter”, I’m a bedside nurse and frankly after my 12hr shift I’m done. My job is too stressful to be doing a bunch of overtime without me becoming a patient at the hospital.

Girl yes. I absolutely don't stay late, and I'm not coming in on my day off. Better float someone in from another unit or bring in someone from the float pool.
Not This Time: Girl at my old did that. Went overboard with the Lysol all the time. And it always made me sick. My nose would burn, then I’d start to cough, and by the end of the day I’d have a sore throat because the sound of my coughing would make her spray more. I never could get her to understand that the excessive spraying was causing me to cough.
Being an HR Professional I have seen them all and a few more not on the list. But, I will say "The Fed Up" is the employee that is always at my office...LOL She is so funny🌻

I am definitely the fed up one and the ethical one. I have always worked jobs where if someone calls off the whole world stops. It gets annoying after awhile
My assistant manager is “the investigator" for sure. But mine wasn’t on there. I’m “the disinfector” who proceeds to Lysol and wipe down every surface that may have been contaminated😂😂

I'm between the One Shifter, Fed Up. I don't have time for games. I'm cordial but I mind my business and got the job done. I may stay to help for an hour or less if the company was really good and I knew they needed the help. Other than that, I got to go 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This video was so funny!
Angela Rochelle Exactly...I cannot understand how women come out of the stall and leave the bathroom w/o washing their hands; or the ones who sprinkle water on their hands (no soap) and walk out; or go to brush their teeth, don’t clean off the sink and then don’t wash their hands... No matter what you did or didn’t do, wash your hands. Consider everything in the bathroom as touched by someone who went. Use soap, scrubbing well for 20-30 seconds, making sure to get under those fingernails. And then don’t touch the door knob on your way out. Use a paper towel! If you’re worried about dry skin, carry lotion or keep it on your desk or borrow some from a workmate. But was those hands ladies!!!
As I am at home sick this week. Lol. I'm normally fed up with a side of concern though. Definitely ethical.I tried to go in today and they sent me back home.
Pray ForMe Lol! I called in last Monday to say I MIGHT be two mins late arriving. I was hoarse and I was told to stay home coz I sounded sick! I have allergies and my neighbor was outside smoking and I had JUST finished choking on her cigarette smoke. Folk terrified of anything remotely related to a cough, sneeze or fever. 😂😂😂
I'm a mix of the wowser and the one shifter. They stay calling my ass out about calling in and being late, but let others get away with it and I refuse to work harder than I need to if someone calls in lol
I LOVED THIS!! I’m the nurse manager in the ER and I’ve heard every excuse in this universe when people want to skip work. If they don’t have someone to replace them for the shift, they get wrote up. Three strikes and you’re out. There’s nothing worse than a short staffed nursing shift.
Mr. Ethical here!!! I cannot deny it. However, I have dabbled in all of them except concerned. I've had so many co-workers call in for BS reasons, empathy is out the door.
